I am happy with the service I received
I am happy with the service I received, but wish there would have been more disclosure on fees. They got me approved for a higher loan amount than anyone else and Chris was fantastic.

The lending officer was very good
The lending officer was very good, pleasant and always responsive to explain information or to answer a question. The only reason I did not give my experience a five star is I felt like it took too long to get to the finish(funding). I realize that two parties were involved, buyer and sellers, vs one but still 5-6 business days to close a RV loan is too long.
Had Cory not been so good, I probably would not even given a four.

Horrible initial contact team
Horrible initial contact team. Asked me for cash over 30 times in a purchase that had almost a full 50% equity then delayed the closing out of pure spite. Guy was rude a-hole entire time. Only reason stayed was had so much personal time invesred.

That said, we recognize the communication and overall experience left you feeling unheard and frustrated, and we regret that.
