Great service
AJ was great helping guide us through the process and finding us the best options. This was much easier than shopping with credit unions and banks on our own and finding rates. I just wish I had known about this service sooner. At closing everything was sent overnight mail and in order as promised

The process was relatively simple but a little long. The loan officer was extremely nice and professional and the staff we spoke with were extremely helpful. The funding was fast when everything was finalized. Compared to other online transactions like the car I just bought, the process was about 10 business days and seemed like it should have been timelier. Overall, very satisfied.

This loan has taken 16 days. Now the check was supposed to be next day mail, but now not coming till tomorrow night at 9pm. So more less Thursday. 3 days to get the check? Dealt with 2 different loan specialists. This has not been a good experience by any means. ⭐️⭐️

While the overall timeline was 16 days, there were periods where we were waiting on required documentation from multiple parties, including updated insurance information. Once everything was received, we were able to move your loan to closing and funding.
There was also a transition within our team during your process, and your file was reassigned to keep it moving forward.
The check was sent via expedited shipping, but the final delivery timing was impacted by a carrier delay outside of our control.
While this didn’t come together as hoped, we do appreciate the chance to work with you and wish you the best moving forward.
