I love this product. It took me a minute to get my technique down after using a razor all my life, but once I got it. This became my best friend. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. If you are a little shaky at first give it a few more tries and I am sure you will come to love it too

Build quality appears to be excellent. Only used a few times however the blades seem to cut very close to traditional shaving. Yes it’s not silky smooth but from a convenience and cheaper alternative, great option! Also seems to be better than others I have tried in terms of cut length.

Initially when I started using the shaver I was not impressed! I’ve been using a razor for many years and thought nothing gets a closer shave than a razor. I since was mistaken I realized it takes patience to see great results. I did watch a few how to do it videos which made a huge difference. I also recommend the pre shave oil so the shaver glides across your scalp. This also provides a closer and more exceptional shave. All said and done I am a HAPPY FREE BIRD CUSTOMER!

Nice, clean, shave fresh out the box well packaged, and priced right does a better job than the expensive brands

I feel like I've been defrauded by Freebird. When I bought the item, I had no idea that I subscribed to anything. Today, I get a confirmation on an order that I knew nothing about...I sent them an email and they replied that they had no orders under my email account. I went online and was able to cancel the subscription using my email....When it comes to the razor quality, it's mediocre at best. To summarize, the company and the device suck.

I’ve been shaving my head for over 30 years. I was shocked how great this electric shaver works. I’ve always had to shave my head in the shower to get the pores to open up and get a nice smooth shave. With this one I can do it anywhere.

The new pro series is better than the original base model and BOTH are worlds better than my old Skullshaver. Smooth and easy operation and cleanup. Less expensive too!!!

Great product and great customerservice! It gives a close shave like a razor but without the irritation. It's quick, easy to use, and leaves my head feeling smooth every time. Highly recommend!

Just opened box, closest electric shave ever, just like a razor! We'll see how the blades keep working as time goes on, of course blades need to be replaced every month or so
