I just got my Freebird on 7/4/2026 and used it right away really amazed how great it really worked. Truly very pleased with the results that it gives me.

Product did not do what it was advertised to do- it did much more…

I purchased it not for a bald head but because it offered pain free “man-scaping”. Yes, it lists groin as an option and thats what I wanted it for.

I do not see an option for photos, but I have them. On 3 occasions I was left bleeding from the shaver!!! Three times.

I found it “pulled hair out” more than it cut.

On your face I was told to “shave against the grain“ meaning you shave up because the hair points down. As I do so with this machine, I winced continually because it is continually pulling hairs out and not cutting them. I feel like it is plucking them off my face.

I have to go over the same area a dozen times before it appears to have actually cut my hair adequately. And even then adequate is merely stubble remains. It’s not smooth at all.

It might just be my unit, but it does not work at all. I wish I could include the photos of where it cut me to the point of bleeding, that says it all for the product.

It 100% did not work for me. A complete fail.

The shaver does a very good job. The company responded very quickly with any concerns. Very happy with the product.

Response: No there was no chargeback from u guys so stop frwakin lyin, u guys sent me an email tryin to say there was but there wasnt bc the amount u sent in the email doe not correspond with the amount charged to my account, as well as the date was wtong, so stop ur lyin, and yes it will be goin thru court, just waitin for a courtdatr sin e u guys refuse to give me a refund when the item was already returned to u, u guys r nothin but liars, and steal ppls money, u dont deserve to be in business, and u guys emailed me even after i said to stop messagin me and i have the proof so
I rerurned the items bc it didnt work like they claim and they r refusin to give me a refund, they said they sent a chargeback when thats not true bc they send me an email with a chargeback that the amount is not even wat i paid, the said i need to pay for return shippin and that i couldnt provide the label myself which isnt true bc i even looked it up and it says u can provide ur own as long as u pay for it, they still r refusin to give me the refund rven tho ive talked to my lawyer and i filled out court papers and got them notarized, so now just waitin for a court date, i will never ever buy anythin from them ever again

The thing fell apart in one month. And I still had to shave with a blade twice a week to get the stubble. Dig your their videos are very misleading. The thing is very flimsy. I threw it away after a month. The rotary top started coming apart would not recommend this to my worst enemy

It’s a sneaky scam! When you checkout they sneak their monthly subscription in so you don’t even know to cancel and then they get an extra $26 when you get your next blade refill. If it’s such a great product they shouldn’t have to trick people into buying it. 👎👎👎👎

I have spent years searching for the best hair removal option. The Freebird women's shaver is what I use nearly all of the time. It's quick and easy to use. I'm a happy customer!

I bought the Freebird Razor for my husband for Father’s Day and was the best gift ever. He doesn’t cur himself while shaving anymore. I would highly recommend this razor.

I now use the FlexSeries Pro and enjoy the bigger more powerful motor plus if you skip a couple days cutting your hair you don’t have to stop in the middle to clean out the cutting head.

Everything from customer service to product quality is and has been A-1, top notch, 100% above and beyond my expectations and requirements!!!

I upgraded to the new model and what a big difference. It is smooth shave longer battery life blades are super sharp. Does a great job. That’s all I can say just a great job and the price is right and I bought it with the charger and it’s another thing the batteries last like 90 minutes before you have to charge it so it’s an awesome shaver.

The product doesn't work as advertised. It gives razor burn on the underarm area and doesn't shave my legs clean enough. Then, there is this hidden subscription for replacement blades that come about a month into owning the item...if the blades need to be replaced that often, what is the point? It will show as an "unprompted review" but that is false. They have asked me twice now to review the product. If I am asked a 3rd time to review the product on a different platform, the rating will continue to drop and my review will become more scathing.
