Very disappointing experience. I paid more than USD 150 for express delivery because the product was supposed to arrive within 3–5 days, in time for an upcoming flight trip.

After one week, the order had not even been shipped. I contacted the company twice on 11 May to cancel the order before it was shipped, as it was already clear that it would not arrive on time. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and the product was shipped a few days later anyway.

The product has since arrived, but far too late to be useful for the purpose I ordered it for. I am especially disappointed by the expensive express delivery, the delayed shipping, and the lack of communication from customer service.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This company sent me an open box Armorglas iPad 10.2 anti-glare screen protector, with a scratch (actually a small edge crack that spidered across the screen in a couple of weeks) and no instructions, box tab torn and an open bag for the alcohol prep. I’m changing my rating from 1 to 3 after submitting a site review and getting a response in sending me a new replacement, which was actually an upgraded version and is of significantly better quality. I can’t give a 5 tho bc they dumped old opened stock on me in the first place.
