We hired them to assist us with a comprehensive audit of clinical records. The engagement took us 3 weeks, and during that time we’ve had interim meetings of findings in which we were informed of our clinical deficiencies at the moment. Each meeting took us 1.5-2 hours, and the work completed was of good quality, detailed, and exactly as it was described in the contract. By the end of the engagement, we had received a 200-page report with all of the findings of our audit report. They reviewed everything from clinical to ICD-10 codes to CPT codes and even the requirements for the payment to ensure that we are compliant with eligibility. We are glad we chose them for our auditing services, as we are now fully prepared for any audits. We will be using them again for further audit services.

Our state survey was upcoming, and we needed assistance with being prepared for it. We hired them for full survey readiness. They conducted mock surveys and prepared us for every possible question the surveyor could ask us. They pointed out to us the deficiencies that could have cost us upwards of $30,000+ if these were unnoticed; however, they were able to assist us with them in the early stages, so that we avoided all of them and passed it on the first try!! I recommend them for anyone involved in preparation for state or accreditation surveys!

We’ve worked with other consultants in the past, but none of them were standing anywhere to HB! First of all, when we started working with them we gave them smaller scope of work to see how they are doing it and see if we actually like the quality of work. We have then had unlimited number of emails we could ask them questions about our project and also meetings where we can go over the details of the project. Second, we found out in the middle of our project that their consultants are former surveyors, auditors and are narrow specialists within the scope of their work which is very rare for any consulting firms!! This gave us valuable information and quality to ensure that we are on the right track! So far the experience with them has been great and friendly! They reply fast, answer your questions, and are there to really support you!

They took the time to explain the regulations specific to our scenario and how we can properly do the paperwork with the seller so that we don’t jeparidze the business we are purchasing. The documentation was heavy, they were going back and forth helping us to fill out the paperwork and ensure that everything is correct and without deficincies. The turnaround time was fast, it took them only 7 days to complete the paperwork and during the entire time we had were having video call meetings with them to ensure that we are on tract. Our application was eventually approved, and now we continue to work with them for our compliance. Great experience, reasonable pricing, knowledge staff members knowing what they are doing.
