Attentive and helpful, they helped me in everything

Just booked a trip and the process was amazing. Peter was so helpful and found the right trip at the right price. Listened to me and sorted it all quickly and hassle free. Donna then confirmed it all and in a flash l, booked! If the trip is as good as the booking process then it’s going to be fantastic!!

Donna was the one answered all my enquiries and she is very helpful. Patience and accommodating instead I booked only for 4 peoples and I asked my friends to book with your travel agency and I told them Donna is very accommodating and well explained everything that’s why I booked 8 persons and every query that we need an answer , Donna don’t failed us to sent the messages right and to assured me and my friends and this is the second time I booked in this travel agency

We booked for Iceland 19 to 22 March 2022. Our agent was Donna, she got us a great price and included all of our tours, hotel, flight, transfers and arranged extra baggage allowance. She was extremely helpful and always replied to messages/emails within the hour. We would highly recommend and will absolutely use her again !

My agent was Donna and she was fantastic from beginning to end of my booking the trip and being on holiday. I was able to contact her about any issue, like booking travel in Iceland and out Northern Light tour being cancelled. Donna was on the case to get a refund for the tour.

Donna was very helpful and dealt with everything for me, I was able to get the airport transfers and also breakfast at the hotel sorted without any problem,. something less for me to worry about. Donna was quick, professional and gave me confidence with my booking. All travel documents, transfers and tour excursion paperwork came through with a couple of hours of me talking with Donna to confirm everything was correct before she went ahead and booked it all.
