Safa & Marwa Tours Avis

I was planning to go for Umrah in 2026 and a huge part of that goes to my agent, Abdul Rehman, who delivered an excellent package from start to finish. He was so so patient with me, i had changed my dates due to flights so many times but not once he was not patient. Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no unnecessary delays or confusion,
The hotel accommodations I had also changed many times due to availability. I guess as its a busy period due to summer holidays.
The ziyarah was included to visit the main areas we need to see,
What stood out most was Abdul Rehman’s professionalism and dedication. He was always available to assist, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about ensuring that everything went smoothly for us.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I have and will continue to highly recommend Abdul Rehman to anyone planning their Umrah—he truly delivers a well-organised and spiritually fulfilling experience.

Brother Qasim was extremely helpful during my 14 day Umrah trip during Ramadan from the the first enquiry, the ground transportation was flawless from and to the airport as well as between Makkah and Madinah. Despite the war outbreak during my time there, I was able to fly back safely with clear instructions. Hotel locations were great considering how busy it was during the time and within my budget. Highly recommend to go with the agency and will book again in the future

Abdullah Saeed is the man to go to. He handled about 100 enquiries of me prior to booking I stressed him out lot with last minute changes but he never held back always supported my queries. I would highly recommend him to book through this agency. It was my first time booking through Safa Marwa.

My Umrah experience was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that goes to my agent, Abdul Rehman, who delivered an excellent package from start to finish for the third consecutive tour.
From the very beginning, the flight arrangements were smooth and well-coordinated. Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no unnecessary delays or confusion, which made the journey stress-free and comfortable.
The hotel accommodations exceeded my expectations. Both in Makkah and Madinah, the locations were very convenient—close to the Haram—which made it easy to attend prayers regularly without hassle. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful environment to rest after long days of عبادah.
The ziyarah tours were also thoughtfully organized. Each visit was meaningful and well-paced, allowing us to fully absorb the historical and spiritual significance of the places without feeling rushed. The guidance provided during these visits added depth to the overall experience.
What stood out most was Abdul Rehman’s professionalism and dedication. He was always available to assist, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about ensuring that everything went smoothly for us.

Brother Fahad organised my Umrah trip, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Safa and Marwa is a well-established and professional company with workers based in both the UK and Saudi Arabia, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the journey.
My Umrah package was fully customised and included all transportation, guided ziyarat, and a visit to the Taiba Ithmar date farm. The dates I purchased there were exceptionally fresh, soft, and perfect for Ramadan.
As someone who does not speak Arabic, I was especially thankful for our driver, Khadim. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and we could ask him anything at any time. His support made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
I highly recommend Safa and Marwa to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organised, and spiritually fulfilling Umrah experience.
