Poor dispatch service
I ordered the item some 2 weeks ago for my daughter in law's birthday on 22nd Sept. It was, apparently, posted on Tuesday 13th Sept. I've not received it yet.
If not received by 22nd, I will claim a refund and buy her something else.
There was an error with my address details, which I didn't notice when I received the order confirmation. Myia dealt with the correction very quickly and my daughter in law is very pleased with the earrings

Quality Necklace
The necklace is beautiful and very pleased with the quality. It did take just under 3 weeks to receive, however communication was very good during this period.

Disappointing refund policy
When I first placed the order the confirmation delivery time came back longer than was on the website so emailed to ask why and was then informed I would get it quicker.
Then I returned the product the day after receiving it in its original packaging and the company take 25% off for a restocking fee before refunding and I had to pay for first class signed for post - absolutely outrageous definitely would not recommend this company - Hatton Garden is full of jewellers I just picked the wrong one!

Really sorry your experience was not up to your expectations. Some of our items are made to order and these ones have the details in the item descriptions. Whilst most companies do not offer refunds on bespoke or made to order items, we do try and help as much as we can but offering a refund minus a 25% restocking fee as listed in our returns policy. If you ever disagree with our terms and conditions or require alternative terms, I highly recommend contacting me before placing an order so I can arrange this for you.

I purchased a two-tone ring for my sisters birthday and Myia not only sent a beautiful product (looks exactly as shown on the website) but she provided outstanding customer service.
After emailing early hours in the morning she replied extremely quickly with the option to fast track my delivery. She sent my item out that same day for next day delivery and was incredibly helpful. Not only that - she incredibly polite and lovely too!!!
Thank you Myia - you provide both a fantastic service as well as beautiful products.

Perfect jewellery! Amazing quality!

Myia's craftsmanship is excellent
Myia's craftsmanship is excellent. I've gotten the thinnest possible wedding ring made here, out of 18 k gold and platinum, and it looked absolutely beautiful at the end, even though I have no doubt that it was very difficult to make at that size. But Myia was up to the challenge. I ended up loving my wedding ring so much, that my husband decided to get a matching one for himself as well, and the finished product looked just as beautiful as the first one. Additionally, my original wedding ring got a big chunk taken out of it after an incident, and when I contacted Myia, she jumped right away to help me fix it and I was so pleasantly surprised to hear it was only £60 - and it was repaired using laser! Now it looks like new again and I couldn't be happier

Lovely piece of jewellery
Lovely piece of jewellery, looks stunning on and delivery was good. Only complaint was that the ring itself came in an unbranded bag, I would have expected a branded box.
