Please avoid buying
Items on website different from reality, description of items is far from what you receive. No customer service. You can write emails to them but no answer. I ordered a pair of hoop earrings as present, they were so small and thin, completely different from their website where it said 'large', I would be embarassed give to anyone. Order dispatched after 3 days, after I actually sent email asking what the problem is. Very poor experience. No chance to return, pierced items are non-returnable of course, even if what you see and what you receive has no sense. I wrote them 2 emails to enquire if I could return, but no reply. Update: I do have a suggestion, would be great to actually reply to customers emails when they asking questions on an item

Easy Ordering
Ordering was easy. Price was good. I was notified of impending delivery and then it was delivered relatively quickly. I was only disappointed that no expected delivery date was given at the point of ordering. After my confirmation of purchase email I didn't hear anything for a week and I started to worry.
