Great cushion covers.
The cushion covers look great. They laundered well despite seeming a bit delicate. Delivery was a little slow and items on the same order arrived separately but it was worth the wait.

Lack of Communication, false promises
A simple order of a sake set. Had to keep chasing for responses as there was no communication as to when my order was going to be shipped. Each response from an email was extremely slow which gave me no confidence that they could deliver. When I suggested that unless I hear from them I would like to cancel my order they finally responded (slowly) to say that they would be able to send a tracking number that week.
Giving them a final chance to put this right, I accepted this. Today, I wrote again to ask why they hadn’t kept their promise to give me a tracking number within a week. Of course, it was a false promise and nothing was forthcoming, so I decide to cancel the order. Admittedly they cancelled the order straight away and returned the funds (although I don’t have them in my account yet).
A serious waste of time to deal with and absolutely not worth the stress.

Due to a problem with the stock of sake set that you purchased, the manufacturer delayed shipping more than expected and we are very sorry because we were also delayed more days than expected in shipping.
Due to this, we have ended the business relationship with this supplier, because we understand that shipping should not be delayed for more than a week.

PURE BS!
What I got were cheap replicas with one still bearing the “Made in China” sticker.

Ordered a tatami mattress and what has arrived looks like nothing whats shown in the photos, obviously poor quality and I would have never paid over £200 for it if I knew they’d send this… as all other reviews indicate, this is a scam, theyre reselling low quality items advertised as high quality. SHAME ON YOU

Scammers, bought a glass tea pot for 45 euros and received a toy pot that's a Chinese replica of the one they're showing in the website, so light you feel you can break it with your hands like a chocolate bar... Ali express resellers are more reliable than this website..

Poor quality Chinese product
Poor quality Chinese product, thought I was getting a quality Japanese product as the price was very high. Don’t want to return item as it was a Christmas present for my kids. Won’t use the site again.
