Good service
The product is great, quite beautiful and the price is on par with what I pay elsewhere.
Minor hiccup on the shipment, but customer support was quite nice, quick to reply and rectify the problem.
Would buy again.

There was some trouble with the order but the customer service was 10/10 genuinely the best customer service I've ever received I got a Geisha doll for my mom and she was so happy with it it's beautiful and the quality is really good i definitely recommend

Friendly and helpful staff @ Northpoint Japan Home
I used to patronised Northpoint Japan home. There is a staff Miss Nenti Nuryani (JH4422) who is very helpful and friendly which make us feel so happy to go to the stall every now and then.
