i was scared bc ordering from another continent and you never know but the sandals were great they also came with socks and came on time, also at first the website didn’t tell me when they were going to be delivered and i was worried so i emailed and i got a reply immediately which was great.

Not Japanese Products
They lead you to believe otherwise, but the products are Chinese, and have no connection to Japan.
Porcelain bowl is unmarked and comes with no info--is it microwave safe? Who knows? And if it's from China is it lead-free? Who knows?
Mine was shipped via China Post from China and took over 12 days to arrive.
The parcel tracking they use is 3-5 days behind refreshing.
This website is a scam.

First of all, no one named Beth Granger appears in our database. For this reason, we believe your review is fake, and we don't know how to respond to the review you posted.
We have requested information from Trustpilot so they can inform us about your order, and you have not provided any information so we can respond and help you.
The real scam is that someone can post a review to damage our company's reputation, and we don't know who you are or if you have ever purchased a product from our store. People like you are a danger and a scam for honest companies like My Japanese Home.
You claim our products are not Japanese and claim you bought a bowl. We have 2,600 products from different suppliers.
If you really bought a bowl and didn't like it, why didn't you contact us to return it?
All of our bowls comply with all food safety regulations. Also, if you had these concerns, why didn't you ask us?
This review is definitely completely fake. There is no one in our database named Beth Granger who has ever made a purchase from My Japanese Home.

Great curtains, but not cotton. It is polyester.
It was about 4 weeks delivery to NZ.

Runs small
The sizing was smaller than the measurements given on the website. That's why I gave it 3 stars. I had to add material to make it fit.
It was lighter weight than I thought it would be.
It is a nice looking kimono for the price and will be worn again.

Lack of communication
My only complaint is lack of communication. All items ordered arrived in excellent condition but some took a long time There was no communication to let me know where the items were or when I could expect them. It would have been reassuring to have received updates.
