Great product but it did take a while to arrive. I hadn’t checked delivery times properly so it was a surprise to me but it was on me because the information was there, I just hadn’t read it. Super cute chopsticks were just a bit of a late present!

Items here are marketed as from Japan with good quality - package came from China and items can be found on Taobao at 1/15 the price. Please stay clear.

Edit since business claims they do not know me:

I bought a set of sake cups from here for christmas gift. I paid close to $60 for it. The christmas gift exchange budget was $50.

My recipient received a parcel from China (not Japan) and decided to check taobao for its value, found its sold there for $5. Very embarassing.

I did file a complain and get a refund by destroying the item. However, the fact stands that the items are not ‘quality from Japan’ as the website brands it to be… and I feel prospective customers should know. I wish I knew when I was about to purchase my gift from here - I checked Trustpilot before my purchase and found only good reviews about this website and hence proceeded with my purchase. Turns out bad reviews are flagged as defamatory by the business.

Good communication, long delivery and incorrect product sent originally however this was replaced without fuss

The product was exactly like the picture and well packaged. The only reason for the 4 star is that there could be better information regarding delivery times. This was for a present for someone who lives at a distance and I used the tracker but it did seem to be delayed on the updates. This did cause concern but when it arrived we were very happy with the items. It is going to make a lovely present

Chinese products for sale, falsely marketed here as Japanese! I ordered the "10 Pairs of Chopsticks Morioka". Morioka is a city in Japan, and the product description says "Japanese wooden chopsticks", so the website clearly indicates these are Japanese chopsticks. But when I received the product, the words on the box are all in Chinese. The label on the front says "Chinese food culture" and the manufacturer on the back is in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, which is in China, not Japan. False advertising! Do not buy if you are looking for Japanese chopsticks.

UPDATE several weeks later: I received a response from this company. It only confirms my negative opinion of them. They should have admitted that they falsely advertise the product as "Japanese wooden chopsticks", and they should have revised the product description to say the chopsticks are made in China. But they did no such thing, and the false marketing continues on their website. It's one thing to engage in false advertising. It's a step further to not admit it when called out on it. If you prefer to do business with ethical companies, I recommend you shop elsewhere.

It was promptly delivered and, moreover, was so beautiful. I bought it as a gift but, oh, the temptation to keep it myself. A really lovely spoon.

The lamp arrived safely and well packaged. It seems very well made. I still LOVE the design.
The only disappointment is that the color appeared richer in most of the photography. The actual is more pale. I plan to sand it down and apply a richer stain. So it has not been mounted yet.

love the bedding quality. i am chemically sensitive so really struggled to find bedding which would not trigger me. but these are eco clean, no issues for me, and i am very sensitive. love the look and feel of the bedding too. my kids chose their own patterns and love them too
