Nice earings but God they are cheaply made.. I ordered them after reading hypo-allergenic but I only tried them on n itched like crazy. Total waste of money customer service was crap I was just told they are fashion jewellery. Definitely won't buy again or recommend them.

I ordered the bogo Bella earrings in 2 different colors and received 2 pairs of the same color. Unfortunately since there is no U.S. warehouse, I anticipate the exchange will take several weeks also. 🥲

Thanks for reaching out, and we’re happy to assist you! Upon checking, it seems the same color — Bella Earrings with 4 Carat Light Sapphire Crystals Silver Plated (SKU: 2-1177-RSPH) — was accidentally selected during checkout, which is why both pairs arrived in the same shade.
No worries — we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange for a different color. I’ll be sending you a return link via email so you can easily return one pair at your convenience. Once you reply to our email with your preferred color, we’ll send out the replacement item in advance.

GORGEOUS Earrings!
The Bella clear crystal earrings are like shiny glistening diamonds and the aqua crystal earrings are as deep blue glistening ocean water. They both are absolutely beautiful, just gorgeous and a great purchase!!

Nice earrings but customer service lacking
I ordered 2 pairs of earrings on the BOGOF. They are lovely, but wsnted to see if I could change one pair for a different colour. I have contacted using the online form and the email but have not received any acknowledgement from either.
