I’m not hungry, and I find it easy to follow. I’ve been on it for 3 days, and have lost3 lbs. to date. That amount of weight lost in such a short time is keeping me motivated. It’s nice to see success!

Keeps me on track. Allows me to book all meals at the same time. I then adjust the menu as needed for the correct proportion of carbs, fats, proteins and calories.

Three years using KETO and love this App!!
This is such an easy and affordable way to keep track of your eating habits. Even if you are not on keto. However , I lost 35 lbs over 1.5 years ago using this app. It holds you accountable and lets you know what to eat and not to eat. Takes all the guesswork out. I love the scan barcode feature. So easy to stay on target. After my weight loss journey 5 months - 35 pounds- I went on a maintence - where I was not as strict in my keto - but still used the app daily. The price for the year is the way to go. I have friends that only used this app for 3 months. And thought they could do it without accountability and they did not do well. I look forward to tracking my meals each day. I love this app- makes me feel better and so much healthier- all my bloodwork came back positive - when it was in the boarder line prior. Just an over all great experience. And it is so much more affordable than a nutritionist- I was paying $500 a month for !! I have been using the app for over 3 years.

Great app for getting into Ketosis
Great app for tracking food and macros while on keto diet. My favourite feature is the barcode scanner. It makes it very easy to shop knowing that you’re only buying Keto friendly products. Information and articles are also very helpful within the app!
