It looks good and feels solid. Not cheap at all. I have passports, birth certificates, and insurance papers all in one binder now. My husband kept asking where things were before this. Not anymore.

LifeTrove is a fraudulent company with deceptive marketing and billing practices. Once they have your credit card information it is all but impossible to cancel your “membership”. None of their ‘customer service’ features work to do anything but frustrate users and allows LifeTrove to continue billing you ad nauseum.

I was on the fence for a while because I wasn't sure if I actually needed something like this. But the 60-day return policy made me think, why not just try it? Worst case, I send it back. Ended up keeping it, of course, because once I started using it I could see how useful it really is. Does exactly what it says; everything is well-made, and the shipping was faster than I expected. No regrets at all.

I kept losing important papers every time I needed them. Got the Life Book and set it up in one afternoon. Now everything has its own spot and I actually know where to look. Simple as that

I recently purchased a LifeTrove folder and had a pleasant experience overall. The delivery was on time, and the product matched the description perfectly. It’s very helpful for organizing important documents in one place. The design is simple yet practical, making it easy to use. I feel more prepared and organized now.

I paid in full and before I could received confirmation of the payment, I had to watch a stupid video that was too long. I did not stay and clicked off. Poor experience.

I received my order, Dec 16, 2025. It was kay received the merchandise. Today Jan 12, 2026 i got an e mail that my subscription is completed, send back a response, that i didnt sign up for it, few minutes later, i have another e mail that i just got charged for it. I am so, furious that this company charged me a subscription that i didnt signed for it. This company is a total SCAMMER. If reaching out to them through e mail, wont work, i have to call my bank yo help me on this one to stop the payment. Coz i have same encounter with a company MyTrueVia same SCAMMER same sale tactic charfed for a subscription that i dont have a consent with. Beware people. Never again that i will order on adds on FB or Instagram. I learned that Return or CANCELLING Policy for this
SCAMMER companies are atrociously terrible there is non. There responses are AI generated.

I ordered one item. They sent four and charged me around $170.00 for the total order. I am trying to return the order for a refund. They will not respond. So sorry I trusted them.

I wish I had read Trustpilot before send for my folder. It did arrive but I was dissapointed, its useful but no big enough. Then they started collecting unorthorised monthly payments. I cannot open the wesite, I cannot set up a sign in so I cannot cancel this subscription. I have had to ask my bank to help, they collected again this month and its £26 no small amount, God knows what its for I have no idea. This is a scam.

I ordered and received their folder. But the they continue non-stop marketing, trying to extract further business from me. They also fraudulently extracted payment from my account for a "membership service". I never signed up for this! And of course they did not respond to my immediate complaint and request for a refund.

This is a scam. Never got my order and they never answer their call to customer services.

I order what I thought was 1 life trove file the order process was confusing and when it had gone through they had taken a lot more money at a time when I am bereaved and vulnerable. Their customer service offered me a partial refund. I insisted I wanted a full refund as I was misled. They have refused saying I have to send all 4 files back to US. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY PREYING ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

No customer service. Refusing to refund due having sent 10 emails. Just getting an automated response. Don’t go any where near this scam company

I purchased 2 life trove binders on the same order and never received a binder. I contacted their support. All I have gotten is promises to look into it and nothing. However, they send emails every day pumping their business. This is a scam. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Problems started with the initial order process. This is a company that accepts your order but then keeps pushing other products. I rejected the first offer, but when the other product was offered again I decided that as they were offering, as I thought, free shipping if I ordered the second product, it was worth taking up. When I looked at the order email I saw that it included a shipping charge. I immediately emailed them and asked them to either cancel the shipping charge or cancel the entire order. I didn’t get a response for 2 or 3 days, only to be told that there was no free shipping and that the order had already been shipped. Further exchanges of emails got me nowhere.

When I received a package, it turned out to contain only the first item - a specialised binder to hold/sort key personal information. It had been sent in a soft cardboard box which had been dropped on one corner, crushing the corner of the box and the top corner of the binder. There was also a large square indentation where something heavy had rested. The back cover of the binder was also bowed - probably in manufacture or storage.

For a very expensive product I expected to receive it in pristine condition. It should have been sent in a rigid box, fit to protect the contents.

I am very unhappy that I chose to use this company, and could not recommend them

Pas på med denne virksomhed. Man bliver narret til at bestille mere inden man tjekker ud, uden at kunne fortryde og dette efter at betalingsinfo er tastet så penge bliver trukket.
Har forsøgt at annullere efterfølgende men desværre er varerne allerede pakket og sendt! Som i minutter efter bestilling.
Har nu også tilsyneladende fået leveret varen - hvilket jeg IKKE har og firmaet er ikke til at komme i kontakt med.
