Just like all the others on this site… I got had also. Pretty much exact same story. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

total scam - await manual but not what i required and then repeated monthly charges. total scam. Must have been some small print that I never noticed. Buyer beware

the only reason I gave them a one star is I couldn't give them zero that's what they are is a zero!!! they are dishonest. they told me my order was delivered but I have a camera on my front door/yard and no delivery from anyone much less from them. I told them I wanted my money refunded and cancel the order seeing they haven't shipped it yet, they told me I could keep my order and have something for free gust pay the shipping. they haven't sent what I ordered how am I going to be able to keep it. I wouldn't get another thing from them even if it was for free!!! They're nothing but liars and thieves!! this started on novemberthe 8th 2024 and stillnothing but lies!

I fell for this scam also and didn't notice the subscription sign-up for some time. They refunded some of it (eventually). I raised a dispute with VISA which produced further refunds ( I advise to do this if you are caught out). There are still funds outstanding which I am pursuing. I will be reporting them to international agencies in due course.

Mymanuals have cancelled my subscription and refunded one month £24:95. The remaining two months I will chalk up to experience.
Worth knowing they do respond if you ask.

An absolute rip off and and a con. Don't go anywhere near this company. They hide the pricing structure and make it look like you're purchasing something for £1.49 when in fact you are signing up for a £24.90 monthly subscription.

It has now been made clear to me that if I do not provide further info to mymanuals , they will delete my original review!!!

Like many others I signed up to download a User Manual at a charge of £1.49. Fortunately I noticed a further charge of £24.99 two days later, something I had not knowingly agreed to or understood would happen. Following advice on Trustpilot pages I immediately 'unsubscribed' & hope that will be the end of it. Perhaps I should have read the T&Cs! So much to learn, so little time left! BE WARNED

the terms and conditions state after 3 days the full subscription will be taken out. I only wanted 1 download. I did not see in my bank that they had taken out the full £36.95 for 4 days. That was after the weekend. This "company" refuses to refund the £36 . So it has cost me £36 for a download of how to get a tv out of a box. Don't tough them they will con you.

Their website says "Immediate download of your documents". Signed-up 17th Dec 2022 @19:36hours. No documents received by 19th Nov 09:58. I paid the £1.49 and as you guessed NO DOWNLOAD came. Completed their online 'Unsubscribe' form got a reply back 'Your request has been accepted' I took a print out of these for my records.

Got an email from trustpilot saying something on the lines of Mymanual's do not agree with what I have said. I can only say that I reiterate EVERY THING THAT I SAID first time round.

They didn't supply the document. When I emailed them, they didn't know about it. They are 'mymanuals' aka S4manuals'. However £1.49 was flagged to come out of our account in their favour.
Fortunately I then found this web page - thank you all. I alerted the bank, who said:
(a) wait for the initial amount to come out, when they can block all further payments, which they have done
(b) contact S4manuals and ask to unsubscribe. They were very polite and say they have complied. Note: their contact page does not work. I emailed them. They relied promptly.
So it's very strange behaviour. Polite, yet charging in perpetuity, without your knowledge (as others say, maybe it's in some miniscule print)

This company is a scammed organisation. Never patronise them as soon as you pay for the £1.49 for the manual, they will then deduct £24.99 from your account. DONT TRADE WITH THEM.

Yes - they instantly supplied the manual I required for this price - but when my credit card statement turned up there was a further charge of £24.99 as reported by others. My bank tell me they had “saved” my card details without my express authority and set up a monthly subscription. Fortunately my bank will cancel this

Searched for a manual. Website reports that "Your User Manual is now available" and then takes you to a payment page. You have to pay to get access to the site and your manual. It is only then that you will find out if the manual you need is really available. If it isn't you have paid for nothing. If you take the risk, pay the £1.49, and the manual IS available, download it immediately and then cancel your subscription AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, otherwise MyManuals will continue to charge £24.90 per month until you do. If the manual is not available just cancel your subscription immediately.
NB. Based in Irish Republic so legal recourse likely to be very difficult.

Don't ever remember asking for anything but somehow they have managed to take £24.90 for the past 10 months .Now that i have raised this with my bank i have researched the company and realised it seems to be one big SCAM

Another scam from this software company.

Same issue as many others, I bought some software from then for £24.90, paid by card and they took the money. Next month they took the money again. They had set up a monthly debit without my knowledge/permission.
I've managed to cancel the debit and I will try to get my bank to recover the scammed debit.

Sent for a manual on a Travel Cot from Mymanuals.net. They sent me a manual for a car seat assembly. Eventually the correct manual was sent and I agreed to the requested price of £1:49p. However, noticed on my card statement that they had signed me up to a monthly subscription of £24:90p. I contacted them and threatened legal action and also contacted my bank. Refund was sent and my bank has taken appropriate action against this company. This conpany should be struck-off as they are obviously conning countless unsuspecting customers according to the consistantly bad reviews.

Absolutely useless!! After requesting a manual for a burglar alarm the emailed me saying they found it. I paid the £1.45 fee then opened the PDF. They sent a manual on how to assemble a kitchen cabinet. Not much use to me, I'm a joiner so I sort of know how already. I asked for a refund and got an email saying I had signed up for a monthly subscription of 100s of manuals for £24.90 per month. Not to my knowledge I did. I contacted my bank to put a block on them to stop payment. Still no refund!!
These robbers are best avoided.

Sent me the wrong digital manual which was available for free on many sites. They refused to accept that it was wrong. As it was only £1.49 I didn’t argue. However they have now twice taken a £24.90 subscription from my card. This was not evident when I made the payment. My bank says that if they put a block on that trader they will only change the name to take the sub. Have changed my card.

If I could give 0 stars !!!!!! SCAM STAY AWAY !!!! £24.90 taken from my account twice !!!!!!!! Small print more like non-existent print !
