Total scam
Sent me the wrong digital manual which was available for free on many sites. They refused to accept that it was wrong. As it was only £1.49 I didn’t argue. However they have now twice taken a £24.90 subscription from my card. This was not evident when I made the payment. My bank says that if they put a block on that trader they will only change the name to take the sub. Have changed my card.

Another one to avoid
Another one to avoid. Like other manual companies they send you one for a nominal fee then automatically enrol you for a rip off £25 a month subscription- a practise I seem to remember that is illegal in the USA and should be over here. They claim this commitment is "clear and obvious in their terms and conditions- yeh right I'm sure if you read through the huge list and all the small print it is.

Opportunist scammers. Avoid at all costs. Advertise a manual for £1.49. Three days later they rip you off for £24 quid! Without ever telling you! Repeat disreputable, opportunist scammers. AVOID!

Watch our for hidden subscription
Tried to order a manual for £1.49.
They couldn't locate. Then found out they had set up a subscription for £24.90.
I called them that I had not signed up for any subscription. They refuse to refund because they say I should have cancelled the subscription within three days. I did not to my knowledge subscribe to anything. Scam
