Great firm. Order with confidence
I had never used this company before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.
I have to say, the customer service was super helpful from start to finish. My order arrived super quickly, exactly as promised, and whenever I emailed them with any questions, I didn’t have to wait ages for a reply.
I would definitely recommend this company and would happily use them again.
I bought the black Nordic Design BBQ and I’m super happy with the quality. I paid a little more than some of the other BBQs I was looking at, but I didn’t mind because you can immediately feel the quality as soon as you open the box and start using it. Even the gas knobs feel really solid and well made.
Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase.
The only problem now is that I want more units! 😂

Absolutely first class service from first contact!
I had ordered an outdoor kitchen from a UK based company. Who failed me continuously in delivery dates. After a Google, I found this company, and an offer on their Miami stainless steel outdoor kitchen. I called them, and spoke with a rep (Bosse) who answered every question I had (and has since) and secured an order. It arrived on time and the quality of the delivery and packaging was incredible. Full wooden crates on palates by a gent of a delivery man!
And the product? So so good. The quality is insane and it looks amazing. Couldn't be happier.
My units consist of a sink, a 6 burner grip plus rear infrared spitroast burner and side infra red sear station. It cooks amazingly. It also looks great.
I can't recommend the service and product enough.
If it falls apart in the next few months, I'll be back to update 😂

Quality product and good customer service
I aways like to leave reviews when I am happy with a product or company that I was not 100% certain about. I am happy to say that the items (gas grill, fridge unit & charcoal bbq) arrived and I am very happy with the quality and service. One of my items was lost in transit and the customer service responded (after a little prompting) efficiently and positively.

Strongly Recommend Against Using This Company.
Although the initial phase, designing the kitchen etc. was a positive experience, it rapidly went downhill from there.
Some parts were missing from stock, initially promised for delivery in March, then April and then finally they arrived in May. The wooden bar does not fit and the delayed units are a different colour to the original ones.
Now, as they have all our money, they have no interest in responding, nor resolving the problems.
A real shame, as the product is good. Just the customer service and after-sales care is atrocious.
Regrettably I have to strongly recommend that others do not use this company.

I bought the carbon steel plate
I bought the carbon steel plate, but they are not very thick , so when I cook the plates bend in some angles to create unstable surface, but the service was very good, out of stock but sent me from aboard without charging me extra

Ordered a fridge which they said was in…
Ordered a fridge which they said was in stock but it had to be ordered from Sweden which took two weeks, the delivery date was then moved twice as it wasn't arranged.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays, especially after being informed the product was in stock. While the fridge was available in our central warehouse in Sweden, we acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly from the beginning.
We also regret the changes to the delivery schedule and the lack of coordination that led to the delays. We are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure better communication and more reliable delivery planning in the future.
