My Perfume Shop UAE Avis 

I bought some fragrances from this shop, I never got them home. I have been trying to get them or get refunded. No resolution at this stage. Very very bad don’t buy anything from them

All perfect. Ordered 2 armaf perfumes. Delivery was a bit slow but received original items as ordered, packed well. Ordered on 29th Aug, and received by 5th Sept. I would buy again after this experience.

Avoid this merchant shop it’s a total scam. The store is completely automated with AI-generated customer service, meaning there’s no actual support. They miss delivery deadlines and drag things out by constantly pushing for replacements instead of issuing a refund. Once you ask for your money back, they flat-out refuse. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Don't bother ordering from them, it's been 2 weeks and not even a shipment email. I finally spoke to someone saying the were trying to secure flights, why? I live in Abu Dhabi and their warehouse is in Dubai. Ended up going to a perfume store myself and getting free samples.

ordered on apr 13 still hasn't even shipped yet.

of course they didn't communicate and when i reached support im greeted with excuse after excuse, they refuse a refund completely, they dance around the idea of choosing other products since mine won't come to stock but everything is actually unavailable and instead they offer me the junk they can't sell.

i am currently stuck with them i sadly can't make a dispute on the charge on my card so im just stuck

Frome 27/6/2026 untill.now no response or track number or any update aboat the order...that should be delivered from 4-9/7/2026....Very bad experience.

By far the worst company and customer experience I have ever faced! DO
NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Their customer support is an AI bot claimed to be called “Aubrey” who can not resolve any issues. After finally confirming a refund as my order has still not arrived over 1 month, “Aubrey” is still trying to offer me different products and discounts in several repetitive emails. The owners of this company should be ashamed.

Contacted me back when I messaged in good time. Can’t ask for more than that.

Amazing value and great customer service

Although delivery can occasionally be delayed due to stock availability, the prices are excellent and all the perfumes I received were authentic. Here you can find the cheapest prices in the market.

The worst experience their website is very bad and when I got my three perfumes were the worst perfumes I have ever bought (Marwa-arostu-ramad earthy) they really bad smell
I have never regretted anything as much as I regret buying these products.

I ordered from My Perfume Shop on May 18th, 2026. Order #210989. I was promised delivery between May 25th and June 1st.

That date was missed. Since then I’ve received 3 different delay emails with shifting explanations:
1. First delay: “Shortage from supplier”
2. Second delay: “Not all perfumes arrived due to supply shortage”
3. Third delay: “Next stock landing 2nd week of June + 2-3 days for shipping”

As of today,June 3rd 2026 I still have no perfume and no tracking number.
Issues with this experience:
1. Missed delivery promises – 3 separate dates given, all missed
2. Vague/inconsistent reasons – Explanation changed from “supplier shortage” to “unexpected order volume” with no proof of shipment
3.No alternatives offered– Despite explaining I need these as gifts before I travel, I was not offered in-stock items . Only told to “be patient”
4.Poor communication – phone number provided for UAE it's out of service when you call.Whatsapp number,no one replies at all.
5.No tracking or transparency– Never received AWB, supplier confirmation, or firm shipping date

I have saved all email correspondence showing the changing timelines.when back to UAE soon,I will proceed to file formal complaints with Dubai Consumer Rights – DED and the Dubai Police eCrime platform for non-delivery of goods after payment.

Would not recommend if you need items by a specific date. reliability = 0.

Very bad experience, my order was never delivered even after 60 days from placing the order. Couldn’t reach human customer service for weeks. The store didn’t even accept to cancel my order or offer a refund!

It is scam and illegal site. Avoid it and announce its unhonest actions
