Have bought a few different items and have always received good communication whenever I have had questions and the fragrances are great quality. I'll happily recommend to anyone looking for great value perfumes

Avoid at all costs! Complete time wasters ! Ordered in June and still hasn’t arrived - as soon as I started requesting refund airway went silent! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid this store—they are scammers! I ordered four perfumes and only received one. They are completely ignoring my customer service messages. To make matters worse, Klarna even warns you about them during checkout, but unfortunately, I ignored the warning. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

They are completely dishonest and misleading. The product does not leave from Auckland, the delivery times are completely false and although guaranteed take even longer because they claim it was a pre order..... when your buying a fragrance that has been around for years it is not a pre order! Your delivery time, your website when purchasing says nothing about "pre order". Communication is poor with broken English. I would never buy from them again. Stay vigilant people, another Viagogo business is on the loose. Buy with caution.

I placed an online order on 5 July2026- order number 219633. The order was supposed to be delivered from their ‘Auckland Warehouse’ between 10-17 July. Nothing has happened- no delivery, no sign of the items being dispatched. Their customer service not easy to contact and not helpful at all. Better you avoid this seller

If i could give them zero stars i would. Do yourself a favour and DONT buy from this company. Misleading, bad communicators, false advertising. Product does not ship from a NZ warehouse. Buy elsewhere.

Very disappointed with how they treated my order. After 10 days my order has not even been dispatched, and every email i send them are replied to with a AI generated email, blaming the Iran war, whilst they said the order are being prepared in Auckland nz. I also live in nz. There's no real communication, and you have no idea what is goiing on with your order. Will never use this company again, im not even sure if im going to loose my money. Really not a good online shop. Dont buy from them, think twice before using them.

Very disappointed in the wait time for my perfume 1 month to be exact.

Ordered the product but didn't receive a receipt or order number. Called My Perfume Shop phone number is Australia and emailed as well. The very next day I received my receipt and order number as well as tracking number. Product arrived two days later and I was absolutely delighted with the quality and so was my son as it was his birthday present. If only My Perfume shop would be able to get their internet ordering working properly I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. Will order off them again.

I wanted to add a few more items to my order after I had already placed it, and she made everything so easy. She was friendly, patient, and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Excellent experience with My Perfume Shop NZ. My order was due to arrive between 8-12 July, however there was a slight delay (which Aubrey kept me up to date with) and product arrived on 17th.

If I could do zero stars I would. Absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. 4 months past estimated delivery date. Still no revised delivery date. I have requested a refund now 6 times abd still waiting. Delay after delay after delay. I will never use this company again

I would have given 0 stars if there was one. I bought perfume online and was supposed to get it by 3 July 2026. I did not get it. When I enquired I was advised via email that it is delayed and they offered me other options. I said I want to get ny refund. To date they are just giving me other options but not my refund. I will be making a official complaint to the relevant authorities.

I absolutely love fragrance so I was very excited to find a site that sells genuine fragrance at a good price. The delivery takes a bit longer than some other places but it was certainly worth waiting. My Si fragrance was so much cheaper than other places. I will definitely purchase again!!!!
