Brilliant products and customer service
Besides the products themselves working brilliantly (Big happy baby, no leaks, or nappy rash), Pura's customer service team are excellent too. We had a slight mix up with one our deliveries, size 5 nappies instead of size 5 nappy pants, and it was rectified immediately upon them receiving my email. They even let me keep the nappies they mistakingly sent too, which I thought was very kind.
Really chuffed when them and would recommend any parent to order from them directly like we do.

perfect for those with allergies.
I like the products as it’s the only one that doesn’t affect my babies skin. It’s a shame it’s quite expensive. I also tried the larger pull-up ones for my older daughter, however it did end up leaking a few times.

Highly recommend

Soft nappies
I really like the nappies, nice design and very soft. Reasonably priced, shame delivery took a little while longer than I expected.

The nappies live up to expectations…sometimes
The nappies live up to expectations (chosen for all the brand’s sustainability credentials, good fit and softness), when they arrive as promised…
Having only subscribed since January, when our baby was born, our last box contained the old style without the elasticated blowout feature at the back (despite being in their new packaging) and this week I’ve received an email to say the size we need is out of stock. I’m now looking at sourcing another brand due to the inconsistency. Such a shame as when they arrive as expected they’re brilliant.

Great sustainable nappy choice with fast delivery
Easy to order and delivery was prompt, even over the Bank Holiday weekend. We love the fact that Pura spearheaded nappy recycling initiatives around the UK, and look forward to hopefully seeing this come to life in London too. The nappies are packaged well, using paper to be more sustainable. The nappies stay on and we have had very few leaks (the only leaks we've had have been when we didn't strap the nappy on properly). The wetness indicator is very useful.

I liked the idea that the nappies…
I liked the idea that the nappies biodegraded well. They were fairly absorbent but they leaked rather frequently so I haven’t reordered after my first box.

The diaper packs are inconsistent in…
The diaper packs are inconsistent in size and type. Leakage is a serious issue – after 4 hours, urine often leaks, and stool has leaked on a few occasions. Overall, poor performance for the price.

Wouldn’t use any other brand
I’ve been a Pura customer for 2.5 years, and they are great. I love everything the company is doing for the planet, and only wish there was a recycling scheme in my area. Have had great results from the nappies with very few incidents or nappy rash, and the wipes are great, albeit they dry up fairly quickly once the pack is open !
I wouldnt change brands for anything, I’d done a fair amount of research and still feel they are the perfect combination of eco-friendly, good value for money and high-quality.

Wonderful nappies all around!
I’m really happy with these nappies and recommend them to everyone! They are made of the healthiest materials for my baby and are naturally eco friendly - two crucial factors in my decision making. My baby has been wearing them since he was born and has never had a rash (I do not use any creams on him)! These nappies are also super absorbent and truly last all night long without any leak. The subscription makes it so convenient to get them, and is also so easy to adjust size and frequency. I chose them based on eco values and I stick with them because they deliver on every front! Thank you for such a great product and for doing better for our planet and babies.

The worst nappies- making life harder every day
The worst nappies. Multiple leaks every day. I’m using size 4-9kg, my baby is just under 7kg. These leak wee, poo, and I can’t rely on them at all. Won’t dare to use them at night for this reason but trying to get through my pack. I’m so disappointed, I like the concept of eco nappies but had the same problem with Kit and Kin and end up going back to Pampers Harmonie.
