Shipping alternative
Quality is always up there but there should be more alternatives for shipping which would impact the cost. also the threshold for free shipping is too high in my opinion

Here at Myra Swim, we do absorb the cost of $30 + for shipping dependant on the destination, and have done so in consideration of our customers and any potential customs fees they may need to pay. We have determined the free shipping threshold and our shipping rate of $10 based on this and believe it is reasonable and quite low compared to other businesses in the industry.

Not worth the money.
Think everybody gushes over these suits to help justify how much they paid. Got one, on sale, just to test them out. Fabric was soft but pilling after two wears, fit was nice but elastic began crimping after being worn in the ocean. One of those suits you should put on, love the look of and then never actually wear in the water. Full price is too much to pay for them and even the sales are steep for the overall quality.

While our pieces are delicate, they can be worn in the ocean and pool, but we do have a product care code to ensure that all of our pieces can be worn for many summers to come, as was intended! From product knowledge and experience, pilling will only occur when coming into contact with harsh surfaces, where it catches the fabric, causing it to pull. It’s possible you may have accidentally brushed up against one of these exteriors. Our material is quite delicate, so just like silk, it does need to be kept away from any of these environments!

NEVER AGAIN!!!
I ordered a bunch of suits for an upcoming trip thinking I would try them on and find 1-2 that fit me and send the rest back. Myra was having a sale at the time, so I used a coupon code, not knowing that I could only get store credit and not a refund! I would have NEVER ordered from this company had I known their policy. I tried to reach out to ask for a one-time exception and they were plain RUDE and said I should have read the policy more clearly. Now I’m stuck with $1,000 in bathing suit credit that I don’t want or need!

At Myra Swim, with our return policy, our aim is to be the most accommodating to our customers, as well as being respectful of our own guidelines that have been curated from the laws enforced by the ACCC. This is why throughout our website, we are completely transparent with this having a page dedicated to this and it being an agreement of purchase that you understand and comply with this. It is common retail practice across many brands to only allow store credits for sale items or items purchased during a sale period.
It is important as a consumer to read a brand’s policy in full before purchase, as it is also the responsibility of the customer. For this, I do believe all of our customers are very much aware of this policy, we have had this since the start of the company and have not had an issue as it has been created in the guidelines of the ACCC. As a swimwear company, we are very reasonable with accepting returns, as a lot of companies in our industry do not accept any returns at all.
I do strongly believe that as a company that has been in operation for over eight years and a policy that has been made and approved by the ACCC, our return practice is fair. Again, it is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure you have read this in full to ensure that your order is eligible for the type of return you prefer! We can not be held responsible for the customer's experience when they do not read our policies and T&Cs on our website in regard to returns.

As we are an Australian company, we outline on our shipping page our two shipping methods to the US. We are completely transparent on our website about the estimated shipping times, which is also the customer's responsibility to review before proceeding to the checkout.
As DHL Standard shipping was selected at the checkout, your order is expected to arrive in 10-25 business days, as it is not an expedited service. This is a free service that we offer to all of our international customers, and we are proud to have this service at zero cost, as we understand that international shipping can be expensive. We do recommend, however, that if you are needing your package by a certain date, to opt for express shipping, which is 3-4 business days.
Glad got see that your package has now arrived within the promised timeframe of 11 business days. We hope you enjoy your new pieces for many summers to come!

Holy Grail of High Cut One Pieces
I have a love of high cut one pieces. Living in Florida, I'm always looking for a great high cut one piece that will stay in place while walking on the beach and swimming. You wouldn't think that would be too much to ask for, but if you are also a one piece lover you know that apparently it is. I spotted this one piece a year ago and immediately wanted it, but waited to order because I was nervous about sizing and returns, but I really wish I hadn't waited because this suit is the holy grail, the unicorn, the double rainbow of high cut one pieces. It's stretchy, it stays in place when you walk, it holds all your parts as they should be held, it's versatile, it's doesn't rub or chafe, it accentuates all the right areas- it is utter perfection. I loved it so much that I bought another one piece style to take on a cruise. I had a stuff sack full of bathing suits and the only time I wore another brand was to go horse back riding in Honduras because I didn't want to risk staining it. I literally wore my two Myra suits for seven days because they are just so incredibly comfortable and the fit is perfect. I'm back from the cruise and just ordered two more styles to rotate for the rest of the summer. If you are on the fence or are afraid to splurge, I assure you this bathing suit is worth every penny. (For reference- I used to size chart and ordered up because I have a long torso and the fit was perfect.)
