Nice style, thin fabric
I really love the style of these swimsuits and was hoping they could become a staple for me. Many other reviewers have mentioned the very soft fabric. It is indeed very soft and smooth but at the same time very thin. The lighter color I tried was see through and had to be exchanged for the same suit in black. Even with the black, it is not see through, but the way it clings I swear you can still see a very detailed outline of my nipple and even vulva sometimes lol. I do love the look of the suit so I kept it, but for the money it is not worth it to me and I would not buy another.

All of our pieces are double-lined, which means there are two layers of fabric, which gives that moulding effect and also avoids transparency. The designer and CEO of Myra Swim is a professional surfer herself, so all pieces, plus the shades they come in, have been chosen carefully to cater to all intended purposes. From experience, sometimes, when incorrectly sized, these pieces can stretch, causing the fabric to become slightly sheer.

The material is great the color is beautiful but the cut was not made for me, at least the bottoms. I have extra fat on my coochie area and the Cindy bottoms were only able to cover about 1/3 of it 🥲

These are one of our more minimal low cut bottoms, but I can suggest some bottoms that may be more appropriate for you, that offer a little more coverage. In the Clay I would suggest The Riccardo, Hugo, Yris or Mia bottoms. The fact that DHL is your carrier is an inconvenience and makes it very complicated to find return centers when returning or exchanging a package. I’ll stray from shopping on Myra and try to locate the merchandise on another website that makes exchanging less complicated.

We offer our US customers a seamless, cost-effective and timely returns portal, which is free for orders over $400. We also offer free exchanges for sizes and styles within the portal.
If in the case you don't live close to a DHL depot to drop this return off, you can call DHL and organise a pick up from your location, which is free of charge! We are also always more than happy to organise this pick up for you, and all it takes is you reaching out to our customer service team with this request.

Package took way too long to arrive
Package took way too long to arrive. I ordered this for a vacation and it arrived while I was away. By the time I got home the package was already sent back to sender.

I can see that your order was shipped on the 23rd of February and arrived for delivery on the 17th of March. Our expected time frame for standard shipping is 10-14 business days, and I can see that your package did take 16 business days. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the Post Office, and when they decide to return these shipments back to the sender.
As you selected our Standard shipping, this is a free service we offer to all of our international customers, which we are proud to have this service of zero cost as understand that international shipping can be so expensive. We do always recommend however that if you are needing your package by a certain date to select our expedited 'Express' service.
I am glad to see that you have been in correspondence with our customer service team, who have assisted you and helped you with your concerns.

I absolutely love this brand
I absolutely love this brand. I could not be more excited…true size, material is like butter and really enhances the look of your body. Which as we know sometimes is hard to do in a bathing suit. I just had a baby six months ago and this makes me want to get into the water again!

Inconsistent quality
I’m abit disappointed with the quality of my Myra Swim. I’ve been buying the brand for years and have always loved the quality and simplicity of their cuts. Sadly I think the quality control isn’t consistent.
I have had 2 different cindy bottoms in chocolate from this brand that have stood the test of time. The colour hasn’t leaked and they haven’t stretched.
I’ve gone through three different willow tops in the same amount of time. The first one began tearing at the seems and was refunded and replaced which was lovely. The replacement sadly faded disproportionally to the bottoms. This was noticeable enough to show in photos which I sent to the girls in customer support. They concluded that there was no fault in manufacturing, and it was due to poor handling (which didn’t add up seeing as the bottoms I had had for the same period of time were still looking a hundred bucks). They offered me a partial credit as an offer of good will and I purchased the willow top again (the third one). Sadly, the third top is beginning to fade again and the elastic is going and sagging. This is all with cold hand washing and drying in the shade with being very very careful of sunscreen exposure.
It has been a year or and and both pairs of cindy bottoms still look as fresh as the day I bought them, which is kind of frustrating as it makes me want to bite the bullet and try the willow top again as I like to keep things simple and will stick to the same items if I love them. But at $100 it’s hard to justify it when you know it’s going to fall apart.
This average review is simply for the inconsistent quality. The customer support team have always been easy to deal with. Totally recommend if you don’t go swimming much, but if you do maybe go for something else.

While our pieces are delicate, they can be worn in the ocean and pool, but we do have a product care code to ensure that all of our pieces can be worn for many summers to come, as was intended! From experience and knowledge, our shades will only begin to fade when our pieces do come in contact with a harsh chemical such as detergent or sunscreen, but can also occur when washing with lighter garments when put in a washing machine with warm to hot water. All of our dyes and materials are tested before even the designs are put together as well, so they are upholding their integrity after many summers of wear.
