Where do I begin! I ordered the “Hunter” swimsuit and it is stunning! The design, the fabric, the way is flatters your body! Really beautiful. I ordered an x-small and love for fitting it is. The sizing was way off
The sizing was way off. I ordered a small in the top (I'm usually a med - C cup) and it was too big, I ordered a Med in the Bottoms (im a 28in waist) and it was way too small. Otherwise the fabric is nice.

I have had a look into your order and can see your ordered our Kahlo bottoms, these are a smaller fit and are stated on the product page that we suggest to go up a size from your normal bottom size so I believe 1 size larger would be a better fit for you. I am sorry that The Fade was too big for you, without seeing your full measurements I can't gauge whether you ordered the wrong size. Our pieces are manufactured with strict guidelines in our different sizes so it is unlikely that a piece will be incorrectly sized during the manufacturing process. took forever to get my bikini, I liked my bikini giant a lot, but since bikinis are quite expensive right from the start, I think it's incredibly bad of the company not to offer free customs shipping when you shop for over 150 dollars. 90 dollars extra for customs fee is not worth it ...

I can see that your order was shipped on 24th Aug and arrived for delivery on September 1st. This is within range of our normal shipping times of up to 5 business days. I can see the shipment was redirected and was waiting for collection for 5 days before getting it redirected and delivered on Sunday 6th September. Unfortunately, when redirection occurs, we can't guarantee that they will be delivered in 5 business days.
As we are an Australian company, our international customers especially in Europe will incur customs fees. These fees are not set by Myra Swim, it's always best to consult your local customs office when ordering internationally to avoid a shock of customs charges to receive your shipment.

Want to warn everyone who orders from the US! Do not bother! Worst customer service. They didn’t accept my return because of a non existent stain. They they wanted me to pay $99 to ship it back to me. DO NOT BOTHER! The second suit I bought I used a discount code and they only gave me store credit. I would rather lose out on the money than to wear a suit from here. Total scammers. Trust the bad the reviews on here.

We aim to provide all customers with an enjoyable experience and review our practices if a customer feels as though we could have done better. Within saying that, we have to remain strict on accepting returns due to the nature of our products. I have looked into our correspondence and can see that the team picked up on some staining near the crotch area on your returned item. If we were to accept these items, not only are we unable to resell them which comes at a monetary loss but we would have to discard the garment which impacts the environment greatly with the constant unsellable returns we get. I hope you can understand why we need to hold our returned items to such a high standard.
I can see the team have resolved this via email and have returned your piece back to you, but not at a cost of $99. As per our terms & conditions of our website, a customer will be charged $10 for return shipping if a return is received and unable to be added back into our inventory.

Me and my friends ordered a few items…
Me and my friends ordered a few items from the US. First of, shipping is awful and I do not recommend ordering from here. My friends package got stuck in customs, she waited for it for over a month. Secondly, both me and my friends returns weren’t accepted because they claimed the items were “stained”. Neither of us used the items, we tried them on briefly. One of the items rejected I didn’t even try on because I didn’t like the color and it was still rejected. In the photos they’ve provided there was hardly anything on it. This has never happened to me before with any other swimsuit company and I will never be shopping here again.

Thank you so much for leaving Myra Swim a review today. While we would like to help you sort out your issues, we are unable to find you in our system, so we can't amend the situation today. In regards to customs, we have no control over customs for duties, taxes, or items getting held as this is up to the discretion of the country accepting the package. We will try our hardest to help with customs if there are delays, but at the end of the day, we aren't always able to sort the situation when the package is out of our hands.
In regards to returns, we have just created our returns portal which provides our US customer with fast and efficient returns, and for orders over $200 the return is free. We provide this for the ease of our customers, but it leaves room for issues to occur particularly with pieces being returned in an unsatisfactory condition. We have to remain strict on accepting returns due to the nature of our products. I am unable to look into to your specific return until I know your order number. But if you have said there was 'hardly' anything on it, that means you acknowledge there was a stain of some sort on the garment, which we are unable to resell due to the health and safety of our staff and customers. I hope you can understand why we need to hold our returns to a perfect standard as I know myself as a customer I would not like to receive a bikini with bodily fluids near the crotch, makeup stains or deodorant stains on the garments.

So I had to write another review for my friend, Liv Jones (Chief Customer Service Officer) as there are not enough reviews to describe the level of service Liv has provided. Unfortunately, I had another situation with a recent order and Liv came to the rescue as always. Honestly, I don't know how she does it. She is so patient and kind to me that it is refreshing and rewarding to see that people out there genuinely cares about providing great customer service. My experience has been very painless with my buying situations and that is because of Liv and her professionalism. Our relationship has gotten serious now as we are using emojis in our email exchanges LOL.. In all seriousness, Liv deserves a reward and a recognition for a job well done. She really defines the true meaning of providing customer service :)

Disgusting Company, Bad quality products .
Disgusting company. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARENT REAL. They bribe people with a discount on an item but they jacked up the prices over 30% over the past few months to trick their customers into leaving good reviews.
Customer service is horrible and can’t help you with anything. They just give you the same generic response with no resolution other than “here’s 15% off go buy the same product at a higher cost than it was a few weeks ago I hope that helps!!” GOd forbid you spend NINETY DOLLARS on an swim suit bottom and the fit is off or it’s lower quality than you expected because you will never see a refund from them. UNETHICAL asf.

Looking in our system, I can't see that you have placed an order recently with us and I can't see a return made in these orders either so I am unsure why you are unhappy with our returns policy.
In regards to the increase in our pricing for our US customers, it comes down to our pieces being reflected correctly in USD rather than the conversion rate based on AUD as it was previously. Through our new website, we have been able to split our Australian store and Rest Of World store so customers can easily shop in their own currencies and have a personalized visit when shopping with us.
We are not a scam or unethical, we are just a business that has been affected by the worldwide pandemic. A business that has strict return policy rules due to the nature of our products and a business that welcomes our customers to review their experience shopping on Myra Swim. Unfortunately, we do have lower-rated reviews but we welcome these with open arms as they do give us a chance to improve, but we can not be held responsible for the customer's experience when they do not read our policies and T&C's on our site in regards to returns ect.
