Myra swim has got to be one of the best swim suits I wear. Material is so soft and u feel absolutely sexy in every one of them. I own at least 10 Myra swim suits. Definitely a must buy.

If I could rate Myra swim a 0 star I would...
I purchased a $500+ order from this company - the styles did not fit nor suit me - with the exception of the sarong. I returned all on the same day it was delivered to me - with th exception of the sarong requesting a full refund.
Days later I can see via my afterpay amount that only a portion of my order was refunded. I then contact their customer service team and ask why and they advise that one of the garments had a mark on it - that I did not even notice at the time. The mark, when shown to me looked like a stitch/oil mark and not a mark that was made by me.
They refused to refund my money back and stuck to their grounds that the mark was done by me - even though I told them on multiple occasions that it was not - They really believe that 'Customer is key'
I would not shop with this company - be warned they will not refund your money - plus their fit and quality is also not that great - they are overpriced and have probably the worst customer service I have dealt with to date.

We aim to provide all customers with an enjoyable experience and review our practices if a customer feels as though we could have done better. Within saying that, we have to remain strict on accepting returns due to the nature of our products. I have looked into our correspondence and can see that the team picked up some stains on the front of your vanilla Fade Top. If we were to accept these items, not only are we unable to resell them, which comes at a monetary loss, but we would have to discard the garment, which impacts the environment significantly with the constant unsellable returns we get. We did try and reason with you regarding this situation and offered a store credit or to return the item to you. I hope you can understand why we need to hold our returned items to such a high standard.

so disappointed, absolutely regret purchasing
SO DISAPPOINTED. Spent so much money having my purchases altered somewhere else because they fit so POORLY. These were supposed to be investment pieces for me. Instead, so much money is down the drain and I had to spend even more just to get them to FIT.
— sizing is totally off, bought two bottoms in XS, one was too small and the other a bit loose
— NO PADDING OR EVEN INSERTS. I understand not providing padding but why not even include a small incision so that people who prefer pads can put them in themselves? If it had been stated on the website that there was no option for pads, I wouldn’t have bought tops at all.
— tops are too long. saw so many petite girls asking on this brand’s IG if tops might be too long, and Myra answered every time that they wouldn’t be. Not true.

Our sizing is standard, but we do have certain items that are of a smaller fit. I can see the two styles you ordered; one is advised to size up, so a small would have perhaps suited you better. Hopefully, that clears your confusion on the sizing. In regards to padding, none of our tops feature padding but are double lined for extra support and lift. With our delicate double fabric layer, it is challenging to offer padding spaces without compromising the style. I will, however, pass this feedback onto the team as we would love to have pieces for everyone to enjoy. And lastly, in regards to the length of your top, I can see you ordered The Fade, which is displayed online as a longer length style bikini top; if you are looking for a similar short top, try The Boa.

I’m a fully fledged head deep convert. I bought my first pair of Myra swim bikinis earlier this year and I was hooked. They are literally like a second skin. They are flattering, they are sexy and they are out right comfy. The trusty swimmers you can rely on every single time. Customer service is 10/10, I bought a second pair that just didn’t suit my body and Liv went over and above to assist me in switching them and answered all my questions. Dealing with Myra you aren’t just a number, rather you feel like part of the family- and that’s how Liv treated me. I don’t wear anything else now. The next pair I’m dreaming of? A one piece Myra staple. Oh and did I mention postage- I had my swimmers the next day, right before I went on holidays. Just buy them all- you won’t regret it :)

Bottoms are the only size Small I’ve purchased from Myra that fit so horribly (literally everything else I own is a small for Myra). Literally 2x smaller than the normal small. Shared this constructive feedback via Instagram and my comment was deleted - super disappointing as I wish I would have had the opportunity to see others feedback that these are not true to size as advertised. Have been a long time fan but this whole experience has been a huge disappointment.

I haven’t been disappointed yet! I can’t fault Myra Swim at all. Their customer service is friendly, accessible prompt and accurate across all platforms. The shipping is always fast, even though my last order was placed during a busy sales period I still got a notification on a Saturday afternoon that my package had been shipped. The garment bags that are included with each order are made from offcuts. The products are also to die for and worth every cent. The material is soft and like no other swimwear I’ve tried. There’s a good range of styles offering different levels of coverage, a mix and match approach to separates and versatile pieces that can be worn as swimwear or as day/night wear. I’ve never had issues when needing to return or exchange pieces that don’t fit as I’d hoped and the customer service team have been very patient with me. You’re not only buying the Myra pieces but you’re buying the whole experience and it’s well worth the money!
