Overall very good for finding new tenants. A bit confusing when it comes to drafting a tenancy agreement. Unclear if this is free or not.

All the links to their social media, google and other searches of the person turned out to be dead or empty.
All the scores seemed to not be based on any data or information.
I could not get a feel if this person was a good to rent to. Not due to them, but the low quality of the multiple agencies. And I got the $55 full version.

Hi David, we’re sorry to hear the tenant report didn’t provide the level of insight you were expecting. We work with some of New Zealand’s largest and most trusted data providers. I suspect your experience might be due to the applicant being young or new to the country (with no credit history in NZ). Please contact our support team so we can review the report and confirm that all available information was returned correctly.
