I’d never heard of MY Smart Home Shop before, so was wary before purchasing. Their reviews were excellent, which gave me the confidence to purchase, as did their excellent website, which gave a sense that they could be trusted. The result was excellent – outstanding communications, product delivered ahead of schedule and of the highest quality, too. Highly recommended.

Very late delivery…limited information
Ordered and paid for on Thursday, for next day delivery. Waited in all day Friday and Saturday. Updates yielded no information. (Parcelforce- awaiting receipt of goods).
Emailed company Sunday and Monday morning to flag up no delivery and no updates.
Received email Monday pm to say an issue meant the goods had been returned but would be re-sent for Tuesday delivery.
Post Office sent email later on Monday to say delivery would be between 10am and 2 pm Tuesday. (Not guaranteed). Again, we were unable to leave home for the day. Goods arrived 4:10 pm Tuesday. We had 3 days unable to leave home as goods needed signing for. Poor and somewhat disappointing.
Follow-up phone call today (Wednesday) and apology for the delay was unexpected and appreciated.

Over 2 months since purchase and no product (nor refund)
Its over 2 months since I purchased a product from them and I haven't received it and they have stopped responding to my emails. I instigated a process with them for a refund, filled in the form, got a police report and sent the information to them and since then haven't got a response to multiple follow up emails. Still don't have the product or a refund. I don't know if the other reviews are just bots

I needed 3 x nest smoke alarms with long dates (they expire after 10years and are no longer produced). They had some that were 9 years left . Well happy. 😃

The note on the tracker is that you have only told Royal Mail it is coming.

I gave 5 stars but problems with payment…
I gave 5 stars as it’s an excellent service ..and the goods I was looking for very easy to access on the website as well..the only minus points were:
1. It was quite difficult to actually pay on their website..took about 4 attempts on the payment page before it was finally processed..
2. Subsequently..after actually paying for the order I then received 3-4 emails offering me a £10 discount as my order was still supposedly left in the cart, which was actually incorrect, as I had already just paid for the goods
3. I then emailed the company to ask for the £10 discount to be taken into consideration but my request was declined as my purchase had already been processed..and they were unwilling to give me a £10 refund..
Despite the hassle over non existent discounts and actually paying for my order I still gave the company 5 stars for the quick service ..my request for the discount was a bit cheeky really but even so..it seemed a bit unfair that I had paid £10 more than they were willing to charge me for the same goods I had paid for already.
