My Toilet Spares Ltd Avis 

We were looking for a specific toilet seat and emailed the team to ask their advice as we thought the one we were looking for was on their website but weren’t 100% sure. Richard was really helpful, replied promptly and did all he could to work with us to check it was the right one before we put in our order. Once ordered it arrived really quickly to Northern Ireland and was perfect! Would definitely use Richard and the MTS team again in the future. Thanks to Richard and team!!

Ordered a Vitra toilet seat on the Thursday and was delivered on the Saturday. Great service 🙂🙂🙂

THANKS TO THE STAFF WHO WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LED US TO THE EXACT TOILET SEAT WE NEEDED AND DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED,THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT QUALITY AND WAS SUPPLIED WITH ALL FITTING COMPONENTS AND EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS,WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Did have a problem with toilet seat arriving damaged but ADELE gave great customer service and personally checked over another seat and bubble wrapped so it would not get damaged in transit keeping me informed.

Found them quite helpful until I had to return an item that was not as shown on the website photograph despite having the correct product code to match my existing item.

Returned the product and advised that I would have to pay delivery/return costs. This despite the fact that the product supplied was incorrect and miss-sold.

Called to resolve and the customer service assistant, Richard, kept continually interrupting, was extremely rude and argued that the products were similar.

When you have to match something that is existing, 'similar' is just not good enough.

Seem to be quite happy to argue with customers to save a couple of quid refunding shipping costs. DESPERADOS!

Take advice and AVOID THIS COMPANY. The number of negative reviews on here should be clear enough.

They took the time to check product was in stock and to assure me with a photograph it was the correct product code before I placed the order. The product arrived 2 days later as promised, and beautifully wrapped to protect against damage. It has been 2 months of stress through promises by other suppliers that all ended with disappointment and refunds still to be made. I fitted the new toilet seat on arrival - perfect. Thank you My Toilet Spares for the care and attention, and outstanding customer service.

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago, no confirmation email. Not heard anything. I managed to get through eventually and they said it would be dispatched within a couple of days. Still no email, they don’t answer the phone. Avoid at all costs

Probably the worst E-tailer I have had the misfortune to deal with. Do not use them! Having sent me a c£40 spare part which corresponded to the part I needed it proved to be too big and I had to return for refund. I later received a letter refusing any refund on the basis the plain, clear, resealable bag it was sent in was damaged meaning they could not resell. In fact there was no 'damage' and I had used the resealable opening to examine the part. The bag ( which in any event was replaceable at negligible cost) had only appeared damaged because they had sent it to me with sellotape roughly wrapped around it thus scrunching the plastic and giving the appearance it had been opened. Despite pointing this out and sending photos they ignored my points and again refused a refund. Only when I raised a complaint with PayPal and pressed my case repeatedly did they finally agree to take the part back and refund. From other reviews I think I detect a pattern of conduct here which is deplorable. Only by reviews of this kind might they change. In the meantime best avoid and, if you do have to order, use Paypal who might help you as they presumably fear losing their account as a seller.

I ordered a toilet seat which I believed was the correct seat for my toilet. It arrived and I found it it was not the correct one. It was still intact in it's plastic packaging but had been taken out of the postage box. I said I would like to return it and get a refund or another compatible toilet seat and was told toilet seats cannot be returned for "hygienic reasons." I am a pensioner and £111.00 is a lot of money for a useless item. I fully explained the situation but was told no refund. These people are just interested in taking your money and giving no real consideration to their customers. Not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy.

Ordered a spare part, wrong one arrived and was already broken when it arrived. Still waiting for correct part and had no communication at all.
Only been 2.5 months so far - we will see if it ever arrives!!!

Shocking , customer service , when you’ve got a problem , they just ignore you . Just interested in taking you’re money ! Spare part that was ordered , had been opened and had parts taken before delivery, thus not complete. Emailed & called , was just ignored !!!

Shocking customer service and incorrect product sent on two occasions. I have used this company for a number of years and the service used to be great. The guy in charge now is truly awful and has no idea how to speak to customers. They have ignored multiple emails and sent me the incorrect product twice, when I have asked for the correct piece the contact has put the blame on me on both occasions. My advice is do not waste your money they are COWBOYS and you will not be satisfied with the service or the product they deliver.

Ordered a replacement Vitra toilet seat on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. Communication from the company could have been a little better but allowing for the pandemic situation, I was very satisfied with the service.

The toilet seat I ordered arrived damaged. I called them to report this and was told customer service staff were ‘not taking calls’. Over the next week, 2 emails went unanswered and 4 calls brought no response from customer service. It wasn’t until I got PayPal to intervene that I got a immediate response and a week later I received a replacement.

I ordered 3 toilet flush push buttons from this company on 14th July. They immediately took my payment of over £57. After 3 weeks, no delivery and many attempts to contact them on the phone failing as the call cut off after no reply. I sent an e mail. In the meantime I finally got through and was told that the wrong push flushes had been delivered and they would be with me on 11th August without fail, and I would receive a £6 !!! refund as an acknowledgement for the delay. 11th August came and went, no flush buttons and no money found its way into my account. I then got an e mail response from Richard telling me they had moved warehouses and this was the cause of the delay !! Today 12th August a package arrived with one flush button - I ordered 3 !!! and for the last hour their phone wont answer and eventually cuts off. I have sent another e mail demanding either immediate delivery of the missing items or a refund. I will update you as to what happens. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

No problems at all. Gave them a ring to check a couple of things. Lovely woman on phone. Toilet seat (hard to find!) came exactly within time frame told on phone. DPD delivered. Just give them a ring for help! Would buy again.

I waited 3 months for my order and when it finally arrived I was sent the wrong toilet seat which didn’t fit and didn’t match the pan. It was a very expensive purchase and after a week of contacting My toilet spares they still have not confirmed my return and refund. Appalling customer service.

Order reference RKD778225421 placed on 22nd April 2020. I have emailed and called 7 times this week and you have still not confirmed me return for refund.

I returned the toilet seat as advised below and I received a refund for the toilet seat but not for the £14.94 postage.
