This is my second time using these agents giving them the benefit of doing from my previous experience. Same again this time round. Tickets booked, onwards travel all okay and for my return close to the time, I get flights cancelled. Saying I need to reschedule and pay for the differences. Exact same issue we had on a booking 3 years ago. Have not tried to help to resolve situation. Just trying to gain more funds. Won't be using again. Very disappointed

the always Force you to get ticket,even when you say give us some time to think and they will say send us some deposit so we can hold your ticket otherwise price will go up and you will not able to get on this price,,when you give them deposit after that if you decision changed and you will request them to send my money back they you eat it and never send you back

Because of booking a flight late in the evening, we found next day that over flight is already over booked. In this situation, we found this travel agency quite helpful, especially Mr Umair, who was in contact all the time until he found us replacement flights within same price range and all our requirements. Polite staff and good service.
