Harris Tweed jacket - all okay.
I just received my Harris Tweed jacket by express post in good condition 8 working days days after ordering. That’s pretty good seeing it had to come from Essex UK to Brisbane. CouriersPlease kept me informed of Australian transit by email. The jacket is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The measurements are exact and it fits well, looks great and is comfortable. The quality Harris Tweed fabric did not disappoint. I have no issues and would buy from this company again.

Extremely Late Delivery
My tuxedo jacket which I purchased on the 27th March has not yet arrived. It has been way past the expected delivery date of 10-14 days. I am deeply disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing the new jacket at an event in the coming few days. There is also no tracking so I don’t know if it has even been shipped or is being delivered or has not been sent in the first place.
Despite my frustration, I have reached out via email to the company on the 13th April and have not received a response despite the company stating a response back in less than 24hrs! It is currently the 18th April and I have still not received my order, and it’s almost been a month. It feels like My Tuxedo has stolen my $200 and that I have been scammed.

Firstly, let me apologise on behalf of our Carrier who this morning delivered your Jacket so I hope it’s in time for the event.
As you stated it is 5 working days late and over the promised 10-14 working days so I have refunded you the delivery fee paid.
I can’t see any contact from you in our ticketing system, which is why nobody has responded?
MyTuxedo have 100% not stolen your $200 and you have not been scammed and I have opened an investigation with our Carrier as we despatched your jacket the day you placed the order.

The shirt arrived 17 days after I ordered - too late to wear for the wedding I needed it for. Even after you stipulated shipping would be 10-14 days.
And to top it off, you don’t except returns, only exchanges.
