We ordered the wrong size
We ordered the wrong size, so ordered a new jacket and easily returned the other one. The orders arrived quickly and the fit is amazing. This is the second suit we’ve purchased and will definitely use My Tuxedo in the future.

I recently ordered a tuxedo shirt with a wing collar, expecting it to be of good quality given the price point. However, when it was delivered, I was disappointed to find that the wing collar was crumpled and unevenly bent, with both sides not matching. Additionally, the white color of the shirt is not the elegant white I anticipated; instead, it resembles a school uniform white. I’m not satisfied with the quality, especially considering the amount I spent on this purchase.

Expensive postage
The materials are not that good and to refund the items I paid postage for the delivery and the return, which costs me $30 for something I haven't used.

We are currently looking to work with a local AU partner in the near future which will mean we can look at subsidised returns providing a free to use returns label and a small fee upon refund, but the cost would not be so high.
