My experience with Nabtech has been a nightmare. I purchased a college domain (.edu.ng) and followed all the protocols, including submitting the necessary accreditation papers for activation.

It has been over a month:

The domain is not active.

DNS management is inaccessible.

Customer support is non-existent (no helpful response in 4 weeks).

It is unacceptable for a hosting company to hold up a project for this long without communication. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your time and institutional reputation.

Nabtech.co and Nabtech.com.ng Is Just a SCAM

UPDATE/RESPONSE: Oh, scammer, calm down. I don't come on Trustpilot to drop positive reviews; I don't care to since I wasn't hurt. Their services would speak for them. I have been online for more than 15 years and have used more than 30 hosting companies including getting digitalocean droplets for years with no complaints but you don't see me dropping SCAM comments or any review at all for more than 99% of the companies because they didn't scam me. I only come on Trustpilot when I am cheated. I ONLY EXPOSE SCAMMERS!!! If you don't understand that, then you need som help!!!

UPDATE: What statement below shows I wasn't being truthful? How does giving me cPanel equals getting my website online/to work when the error is from your system??? I even created a ticket saying I uploaded a static website and it returns 403 then you deleted the ticket. Go and learn English!

UPDATE: Even here you are stilll lying!! Before I paid, you said u would migrate my files. So, if u were not competent enough, you should have said so. Moreso, it is stated on your website that shared hosting plans come with free migration SO IT IS NOT A COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE. IT'S A SERVICE YOU MUST PROVIDE IF NEEDED BCZ IT IS PART OF THE WRITTEN CONTRACT. My files were below 10G (7.9G) so why should I pay for more disk space? Plus, YOU NEVER RECOMMENDED AN UPGRADE!!! Wow! You easily lie when I have screenshots of our ticket. Also, we both know you migrated only one WP website with all pages returning 404 error - how is that being online? (3 websites in total out of 16 were added - ALL weren't accessible) and this took you 3 DAYS!!!! Mails folder was completely empty. Only 3 subdomains were added out of 16. Don't come here to lie. I should leave my websites offline for days because you don't know what you are doing??? I have screenshots to confirm this. I gave you an estimate of the backup file size when unzipped as 7.7G and why migrating you set the limit of transfer to 7.7G and total disk usage on cPanel after FAKE migration was exactly 7.7G. Who does that? Lots of files were missing and you expect my websites to work. I NEVER SAID ANY OF MY WEBSITE WAS WORKING. AND WE NEVER COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL. Then you wanted me to wait more days... 7 days??? while I cnt use the service I paid for saying you only migrate at 10pm??? I have screenshots of everything if Trustpilot wants to confirm so you can keep lying. You are also lying about the 7-day free trial just like your bot lies. That link NEVER worked and if it works now, you just set it up after this review (but I just checked and still no 7-day free trial possible - screenshots taken)! You click on shared hosting link that says 7 days free trial by the edge and it takes you directly to web hosting plan and there is no way to get the 7 day free trial. There were only 2 payment method at checkout - Paystack (Debit/Credit Cards) & Crypto Currency (BTC, ETH, USDT & more); you just added the 3rd after tgis review just as you added a fake human on live chat after reading my review. WHY YOU KEEP LYING IS WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Again, I moved to a new host with 10G disk space hosting plan and ALL my websites are working fine and I didn't have to wait up to 1 hour for this. So, keep up with the SCAM!

Do not let fake reviews fool you. These people are bigtime Nigerian SCAMMERS. They will collect your money, then your website would never work or go online. They would then tell you they are working on it for 3 days while your websites stay offline for days. You ask for refund since you haven't used their service at all and they tell you they can't provide you with any refund. They are very incompetent. They would give you all kinds of excuse for days and then tell you that they are working on it ONLY at night. But, they never do anything. Then you ask for a refund since you never used their services. And, they tell you you can't receive a refund because you didn't purchase with credit card (I bet you, they want you to use your credit card because they want to steal your money. I pay for something, you don't provide it for days, you have already broken the contract so you should make a refund refund because your terms becomes null. It's only a scammer that would hold on to someone's money when they can't provide the service as at when due.

They ignore tickets for a whole day too. They only respond when it suits them. They even once DELETED a ticket that was never answered about my website not working (I mean, it is not even showing under CLOSED TICKETS) and no, it was not merged with any other ticket; I checked. And, just forget their love chat, it doesn't exist - only a bot would answer you with ridiculous answers and tell you to contact support if it can't answer... you ask how to contact support and it can't answer!!! Lol. You can try it yourself before even attempting to purchase.

Use at your own risk! You have been warned!!

The service is good but their customer service is wack. Twice I have reached out to them on different product I wanted to pay. They provide the details but it is entirely different after paying for it. They don't know what they are doing.

Nabtech is the best hosting so far

Nabtech is the best hosting so far. We migrated our company hosting and domain to Nabtech for free. They did the whole migration for free, and the support has been amazing. What i like the most is how cPanel is integrated directly into their client area, you can do everything from there without opening the cPanel. The experience has been everything, our website speed has increased and optimized. Good work to the technical team.
