As someone just starting the NACA program, I find its remarkable route to homeownership with no down payment and attractive interest rates very promising. Their dedicated support and commitment to helping individuals realize their homeownership dreams are truly praiseworthy.

I have to say that trying to purchase a home can be stressful especially if you don't know where and how to start. I was fortunate enough to be paired with NACA counselor Ellen Petersen, whose experience and calm demeanor, led me quickly on my path to purchasing my first home. I'm so thankful for her leadership and wisdom because any question or concern I had was answered with the care and understanding of someone who is on my side and wants to see my suceed and win! I love the details that NACA reviews to make sure that you are doing well with your finances. If you don't immediately get approved, you will at least get a plan to work so that you CAN get approved.

NACA is an amazing program, but most of all it’s life-changing if you stay committed. The process requires patience, organization, and discipline, but in return you get access to an opportunity that most programs simply don’t offer. The interest rates, no down payment, and no PMI are huge advantages, especially for first-time homebuyers.

The counselors and staff truly want you to succeed, but you have to do your part and stay on top of your documents. If you’re serious about homeownership and willing to put in the work, NACA is absolutely worth it. This program opened doors for me that I didn’t think were possible.

NACA is a great program to utilize to obtain homeownership. They'll walk you through the process from start to finish. They don't just throw you into a home either. They educate you on the process and walk you through everything you'll need. There is no down payment necessary but you will still need to save up money as reserves. Homeownership can be expensive but you want to be as prepared as you can be with or without the program. Be mindful that this program requires you to be patient with the process but it's worth it. I look forward to getting into my home!

What made my experience good is my counselor worked with me every day until I got it right. he pushed until I got everything together it was worth it.i started in August and finished all my paper work in a month now
I went to all my work shop and zooms just need more realtor to work in all areas and cities I had a problem with that but everything is going well now. On my way to find my dream home now.

I am currently working on my process to becoming a new homeowner. Uploading all the information that is required to get approved is lengthy but I have faith that this year I will be in my new home. NACA is a great program. You have to be patient with the process. The process provides so much knowledge of homebuying. I love using the portal to track progress. You have to be proactive to ensure you move through the process timely.
