I started this process in 2022 took a break and started back the home buying process it has been struggling however I am trusting the counselor that help me Megan E and Katherine S

Naca program doesn't work.

My NACA experience has been great! It started with the initial workshops, navigating through the portal, uploading the documentations, setting up a meeting with my counselor Faith B and learning more about the program. Faith has a lot of knowledge and is very professional. I cannot wait until I become a first time home owner!!

I am new to the homebuyer process with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), and I am truly excited to begin this journey. I've had a really positive experience... I've had a really positive experience working with NACA throughout my homebuying journey. The process can be detailed, but it's designed to truly prepare you for homeownership and make sure you're
in the best position long term. My counselor, Antonio Coronado, has been helpful in guiding me through the steps, answering my questions, and making sure I understood what was needed to move forward. Even when things felt overwhelming, I always felt like there
was a clear path and support available. What | appreciate most about NACA is that they focus on helping people who may not
have perfect credit still become homeowners.
That alone makes a huge difference. If you stay patient, organized, and committed
to the process, it's definitely worth it.

I have good experiences with NACA because they treat me as family, and the coworkers are they helping me a lot with respect, and they work hard to success my dreams to have my own house, for that reason I consider for Thos need perches' new house to use NACA programs.

Hello, NACA has been amazing so far they really care about your progress and want you to put you in the best situation. Yes it's a lot of paperwork but I think it is worth it. The only reason I didn't choose 5 stars is because I am not in my forever home yet!!!! Hope this helps!
