Nadine West isn't for me for sure
Nadine West isn't for me for sure. They charged me even though I sent back the package. There isn't a contact number to speak to a real person, all you can do is send an email an wait. There isn't a way to cancel online (if there is I couldn't find it).

I don't want sny dresses. Some things are too big others to small. I am a senior lady almost 80 yeats old. It seems many of items are for younger people. I am 5'2" so need petite sizes. I have enjoyed the jewery. Pastels work bedt for me. I hope this helps. Thanks

Loved the last order I received. Of course I am unable to purchase very much but I loved the tops I have purchased. So far I have been pleased with the quality of my clothes and the prices are reasonable. I have critical scoliosis and require specific types of clothing. Nadine West has taken my needs seriously and always sends outfits that are comfortable and so pretty!

Best way to shop!
Easy way to shop. Soft clothing. I love the pair of sunglasses I've received. (a surprise) Occasionally, you get a little appreciation gift like hand cream which is nice.
Only down side is sometimes you get what you marked as not needing. Make sure you send what you don't want back in time!

Helpful and worth it
All my interactions with them have been pleasant, and the clothes are mostly affordable even with me being on a tight budget. I'm not in love with every item I get, but the process is easy to send them back what I don't like. They have also helped me with pausing my membership while I moved and started sending me nice clothes with a cheaper price tag when I told them about my financial situation. Over all, they're a great business.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had…
I’ve been a customer for several Years and after my husband died suddenly a couple years ago, I had a few times I forgot to send my returns in by the required date and I sent a short email and was granted an extension. Cute clothes, amazing customer service
I have been getting Nadine West since 2020 I took about a year off but I missed it so I resigned. I have gotten so many cute clothes that are different from what I typically see in stores. I have had a few times that I've had to contact customer service with either a question or to let them know of a missing/different item, and every single time they have been super fast, friendly and helpful. I have noticed the last 6 months or so the quality and variety has gotten better too. The are definitely listening when I provide feedback on my shipments which I really appreciate.

I received my first selections and the items were very stylish and great quality. I was pleased with the brands of my selections and the ease of having a few days to assess the fit and choices to keep to enhance my existing wardrobe. Items to young looking
Well this time I finally git a few items I liked but I still think not enough in shorts and tops. Casual. I still think more of the items are geared toward juniors and young people. Sizes don’t always fit even though they are larges.
