Comfort Shopping

Well....i like clothes shopping and i hate going out in public these days with the way people are acting and portraying themselves makes me sick i wanna barf. I like that this bag can come once or twice a month and i can pick or choose all and pay and im done all from the comfort of my home and not having to deal with all that crap out there just isnt safe anymore, so thank you for giving me a diiferent way to shop and for a great thank you to my stylist she gets me!! Kudos keep doing what ya all do best cuz you doing a great job.

Need Longer time options

I like the company, I like the customer service. I wish there was a way to pause my subscription without emailing. I also think it would be beneficial if we could extend to getting clothes every 6 weeks or even every 2 months. Getting new clothes once a month is often too fast and too expensive for me, so I end up pausing my subscription often.

Great variety and great customer service as well

You send a variety of clothes and accessories to choose from some times they are out of my comfort zone but I have kept a few items i didn't think I would ever wear but did and received a lot of complements

Always so easy to return and one time I was slow getting it back in the mail and was given a reminder email to extend the time so that I didn't get charged for the whole bag. I recommend you guys to everyone.

I like the variety of clothing that is…comfortable and classy

I like the variety of clothing that is sent. My only concern is that of the jeans. I am a Judy Blue lover and I wish there was an option like that. The jewelry is also things that I like. The freebies are appreciated and throughly enjoyed

The clothes seem like product over runs…

The clothes seem like product over runs or an after thought. It is Thanksgiving and you are sending me summer dresses. None of it was attractive or useful. I still love getting my pink package but the last few months have been disappointing.

I love that I get to choose what I want…

I love that I get to choose what I want to keep and send back what I don't. They have chosen clothing that I would not normally choose. I have a hard time shopping and making up my mind. Nadine does it well with smaller shipments. And shipping it back is a breeze.

Room for improvement

I keep getting the same basic things. I don’t need 15 pairs of jean leggings or black slacks just because I kept one or two earlier. Pay more attention to what’s being returned and try another avenue. Things lately are poor quality and some are just downright “grandma ugly!” If things don’t improve i will be discontinuing my subscription as it more frustrating than fun. I am also getting clothes that are not even my size . Twice now x large pants which are huge. I’m not typically a complainer but the stylist needs to pay attention to profile rather than just throw crap in a bag. Also, since I haven’t kept a whole lot of the ugly stuff sent now the amount sent is less. Like punishment for not keeping crap!

The style hasn’t been for me

The style hasn’t been for me! I only wear leggings and pretty shirts. I don’t wear dresses at all.I love scarves and hair accessories but I’m just not seeing much in my last few shipments. I’m thinking about canceling because I’m paying for shipping and not feeling it’s really worth the hassle of just shipping clothes back & forth!

Builds my confidence in myself in a new appearance I wouldn't of thought of....

I honestly love that I try clothing that I normally would not pick out in the store just to find out that I actually love it on me! You get me to try new things, a new style, a new me!!

The clothes you sent are not really…

The clothes you sent are not really particularly what I care for and they come too often. I think you should have further part-time points than that I’m not that disappointed by you guys.
