This was the 5th time that I ordered from NAD Lab UK & EU!
Every time I hold and open the delivery box, I feel cared for. Each item is placed carefully and packaged beautifully. Also it has been always the correct items that were shipped to me, within a short amount of time.
There have been mistakes with the measuring scoops. I realised it last summer, when there was a different kind of scoop in my second delivery with the same product. It explained why my first product finished very fast and why I had hard times to reach 1g per day. This winter, the company proactively sent an email short after their delivery, proposed a perfect solution for correct measurement and gave me a discount.
I live in Sweden and you make it easier to buy Alive by Nature products. I am so grateful for the value that you add to my life! Please keep operating and please keep up the great work you are doing. Sending good wishes.
