Wonderful customer service!! We’ve had an issue with the shipping company and Mike is being extremely helpful, he has been following up daily with us and with the courier about the shipment and even helping with the customs fee. I’ve never experienced such an efficient customer service department. 100% recommended

Easy to Order to Europe from NADLAB.UK
I have ordered a few times to Ireland but my most recent order was the first since Brexit. It was extremely straighforward and the NADlab.uk website automatically deducts the VAT etc Basically there was no paperwork of any kind or administration for me to do to get the products into Europe. The order arrived within 48 hrs and I will be ordering again. Mark Dublin

Thank you Mark. We've sent you an email regarding the new (unfortunate) changes to customs clearance from 1 July. There are now some more procedures to go through, but we have introduced measures to reduce the additional costs.

Excellent experience buying at Nad Lab.
I had bought NMN from another company before, and when it was analyzed using mass spectrometry, it turned out to be a fake. So I didn't trust any brand until I discovered Alive. Shopping at NAD Lab has been a very satisfying experience. The treatment has been exquisite, they have returned the money from a failed first expedition due to DHL and also the money paid at customs, they have been pending my shipment at all times, they have solved all my doubts ... the truth, no I am used to such a generous and exquisite treatment from an online store. Mike has been wonderful. Without a doubt I will continue shopping there and I hope they will open a warehouse in the EU soon so as not to have any problems with the Spanish Customs. My purchase was dealt with quickly, and delivered within the specified time. I use my products daily, as suggested. Although ,I just have a few places that need to plump out, I guess this takes time,the products are nice,and made very easy to use without waste,with the ingenious system. Guess I should now purchase the pills made,to aid to the process of regeneration ...yippee .

Loving the NMN Supplements!! I have been taking NMN sublingual 125mg x 2 for the last 3 months and my hair is the longest it has ever been. I did not purchase the supplements for this benefit but it’s an absolute bonus. Obsessed with these products and looking forward to trying the LIPO gel range.

Since we ( the wife) started taking this I was suffering headaches I was beginning to think something more serious was going on but 6 weeks on I've never had a single problem even after a bottle of whisky no problems at all a friend said to try it as it is good for eyesight but maybe a bit longer but we will wait a couple of months as for 5 stars + thank you

The date that you see on your product is the "Manufacture Date" and not the "Expiry Date". I agree, it is not the usual (or familiar) information printed on the products.
Alive By Science state on their website:
"We have switched to a “Manufacture Date” instead of an “Expiration Date” or “Best By” date on our dietary supplements and skincare products.
Because an Expiration Date omits so much information and creates the possibility of a false illusion of product quality, ALIVE BY SCIENCE has chosen to use the more precise and unambiguous “Manufacture Date” on product labels."
