Added Sanichlor, ran pump overnight. Now 18 hours. Already noticed a reduction in black algae on walls. Will run pump for 48 hours & then let copper finish it off as advised

The product is under warranty
The product is under warranty; it should have been taken care with the installer. There was a lot of finger-pointing before it was resolved.

'No hassle' customer service!
Having 'inherited' a Naked pool via a house purchase, I wasn't sure of the warranty details... but I called about an issue, and someone was sent around to fix it the next day. No hassle, no cost, great service. Very happy.

Lovely fresh water
Lovely fresh water. The Naked Freshwater system is such a refreshing change from old fashioned chlorine pools. The water is fantastic- it literally sparkles-and the system is simple to use and maintain. Really looking forward to summer!

Fantastic customer service
I made calls prior to deciding to install the naked system and every encounter I've had with the team at Naked pools was helpful and pleasant. The post install advice and follow up cafe has been the same.

My LED screen was fading
My LED screen was fading. I rang to discuss the problem, had an appointment booked the next day, and the screen was replaced the next day. Fantastic customer service!

Had a screen failure on my 3 year old…
Had a screen failure on my 3 year old controller. Sent it back and had it repaired without any problems and all covered under warranty.
Great product, can't fault it (other than this small hiccup) and excellent after sale service. Highly recommend this product as it saves so much time and money in having a crystal clear pool all year round.
