Love this company, the ethos and product are excellent 👍 I also appreciate they don’t rest on their laurels but they are consistently looking for ways to improve.

Very pleased with the bamboo toilet roll, with convenience of being on repeat order. Which you can delay/change up to few days before next due date

Excellent all round, the products and the service. I buy the paper tissues and kitchen rolls as well as loo rolls. My experience is the products are excellent value for money. I really like that you can have a subscription order but can easily change it to a future date if you don't need it, which is often the case. I love the ethos of this company and recommend it highly.

Switched to Naked Paper several years ago and never regretted it. Makes so much sense to buy recycled UK made toilet paper I cannot understand anyone hesitating to switch. Their commitment to continuous improvement is allowing them to constantly upgrade their product resilience and feel, and I enjoy supporting that journey in a UK business.

Lovely soft toilet rolls and tissues. Nice to use and great to do something to support the environment.
Subscription service works really well.

Great product and very efficient service

Great product, loo rolls, Economical and on an easily suitable/ adjustable subscription basis. Would recommend as functional and yet without bleaching and hence toxins. 2 ply is absolutely fine and rolls last for ages. Yet them and you'll agree. DaveH

I have been using the toilet rolls and kitchen rolls for a while now. Its so easy to delay( or advance) a delivery, and the paper is very strong and so much softer than it looks. I wouldnt go back to lugging supplies from the supermarket now, and really like the products.

The company has solid ethics, donates to charity, uses farl less packaging that other similar loo roll companies, is reasonably priced & is more than fit for purpose !!! Brilliant all round.

Their products are, hands down, the most sustainable on the market. Unbleached and no excess packaging. I buy the recycled cardboard toilet roll and the kitchen towel. I use the outer cardboard boxes for weed control in my garden, and shredded, in my Hotbin composter. The company occasionally send emails detailing fun crafting ideas for the inner tubes and cardboard packaging. I’ve had a subscription for several years which is easy to manage and adapt as needs be. Delivery is swift and on time. I enjoy the openness of the company in seeking the opinions of their subscribers to improve their products and their news emails updating us on any technological advances they’ve embraced to improve the products and produce them even more sustainably.

Feel so good using this paper. My green creds have gone through the roof! Love that they're telling us about how it's made, too.

I've been using NP for quite a years now on subscription from the days of Naked Sprout. It's excellent toilet paper hence my continued purchase. Until the factory was closed there was a big British Tissues factory up the valley from where I live and I went on a few guided tours of the factory and saw DIXEL, VELVET, CUSHELLE, TORK brand names and I saw first hand how their tissues were made. The quality of NAKED PAPER is no less quality as them AND uses sustainable and environmentally friendly as well. Will continue as a customer !!

Pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality, apart from one thing. This is something I haven't raised before and have been a customer for several years. On my last but one order, many of the rolls lacked perforations on every 3rd sheet, which can be quite annoying, as it's a waste of paper. I'm only mentioning it, as it may be something you can rectify in the manufacture, as it has happened several times.

The toilet rolls are soft and i am really happy that Naked Paper, it comes straight to my door so I don't have to carry it. If you run out you can easily order more, finally I am glad that this paper is made with regard to keeping our world, are animals, and and ourselves able to,continue to live in our beautiful world

Excellent bamboo toilet rolls. We have been using them on subscription for 3 1/2 years now and have no intention of switching to any other brand. Strong, absorbent and environmentally friendly.
The kitchen roll is also excellent.

I've had a subscription for bamboo loo rolls first couple of years and delighted with the price, convenience and quality. The paper breaks down easily so doesn't block my drains unlike "luxury " paper. I'm happy with the product and delivery

This company does all the thinking for me. They are constantly upgrading and finding ways to be even more friendly to the planet - and their customers! Easy, economical and hassle-free subscription, and delivery. No constant pestering to buy more products. I know when I see an email from them, it is worth looking at. Honest and informative about their processing and excellent standards.
