Excellent service no issues, got a cPanel crate, performace is outstanding, moved a couple of client sites over. Needed to submit a support ticket was answered quickly and was very helpful. Also got Cranemail which is an great service with spam filtering by spam experts. Its been 100% accurate

I've been with NameCrane pretty much since they started. Service is great, prices are fantastic. I needed to contact support recently and they went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with them.

I stuck with Hostgator for many years, always too busy to move before renewal, despite functionality and reliability seemingly reducing whilst prices crept up annually. A poor renewal experience at that start of 2023, followed by a ridiculous unexplained price hike 7 days before my annual renewal in 2024 and another large jump in this year's quoted renewal finally pushed me to make the move.

I stumbled across NameCrane (and CraneMail) on a hosting discussion forum and I couldn't be happier so far. Having opted for a CraneMail eMail Hosting plan and a cPanel shared plan (Direct Admin also available, but for convenience I chose the system I was used to), the setup and partial data migration has been painless.

I did hit on an SSL certificate niggle on the cPanel side of things, but despite my best efforts, I opted to open a medium level support ticket rather than continuing to struggle. Mateus requested some extra information, and Francisco went on to solve my headache quickly. Given our difference in timezones, this was a perfect response to a non-urgent concern (probably worsened by my own attempts to fix beforehand), and certainly far better than any support encounter with Hostgator during my time there.

Obviously very early days from my end, but I have high hopes for NameCrane. Seemingly responsive to forum posts and support requests alike, they also have a Discord channel for information updates. Their CraneMail hosting plans appear to be a fairly recent addition, but I am delighted to be onboard with them and am looking forward to seeing future developments.

I’ve been using Namecrane for a few months now, and while there are some positives, there are also significant areas for improvement.

The prices are incredibly competitive for the resources advertised, which was a major selling point for me. I also came across a few positive reviews from long-time users (though unverified), and their experiences played a big role in convincing me to give this hosting provider a try. On paper, the plans offer plenty of resources, which is great for those looking for affordable hosting with high specifications.

However, the support response times are extremely slow. It usually takes 2 to 12 hours to get a reply. If you open a ticket in the European morning hours, don’t expect a response until the evening. Waiting this long when your website is down is frustrating and unacceptable for any business or project. Additionally, while the advertised resources seem generous, I’m not entirely convinced they’re fully available or reliable. There have been times when performance didn’t match the expectations set by the plan specifications.

I’m still using them for now, but I’ve started looking for alternative options. Moving a reseller account to a new hosting company is never pleasant, but I dread the moment when a major issue leaves my clients’ sites down for several hours without any clarity on what’s going on. It’s a pity, because I had high hopes for them.

I am more than impressed with Namecrane's services. They know their stuff, great people to work with, impeccable services and more than reasonable prices. And their recent involvement with mail services too is a godsend.

I am using NameCrane for some months (shared hosting, WHMCS licence and for almost a month the email service). Everything is running very good, I get 9+ score in WordPress Benchmark everytime.

Shared Hosting is on Ryzen 7900 CPU, DDR5 RAM and is really fast.
Mail hosting is good, very much storage for the price, getting 10/10 on mail-tester score.
WHMCS licence is priceless, I didn't managed to get an cheaper licence than on NameCrane.

Overall, I can recommend their services for everything!

NameCrane and the whole FranTech brand is an excellent choice for everyone who wants a stable, extremely fast and cheap place to host websites, web apps and even more!

Their support team is really great - the owner, Francisco, is always there to support the community and is really knowledged on every issue that might occur.

I have been using NameCrane, since its launc, without any issues. Downtime for the whole time I have been using them is barely 5 minutes, and that is due to their well structured and capable network.

Their new product, CraneMail, is an excellent choice and I have been a beta tester of it since the start. They offer a very intuitive webmail, calendar, file management interface, as well as very accurate SpamExperts spam protection and a very well structured admin portal for managing the product.

I really recommend to try them - and if you're not satisfied them folks would have you covered with their totally honest and to-the-point refund policy. What are y'all waiting for?

How they do it for the price they ask and what they deliver I don't understand.

The services are stable, fast loading times and spam experts spam filter. In addition, also excellent support.

Sometimes difficult for me because there is a 9 hour time difference between my place of residence and their registered office address, but I knew that in advance.

So far nothing to complain about and certainly not for that amount!

Been with NameCrane for over a year (from back when it was BuyShared) and the service has always been great.
Web hosting is particularly fast and I cant wait to try out the email hosting.
When I have reached out to support, they have always been really helpful. Both Mike & Fran were assisting me last night to help with my configuration issue.

There is no sales bullshit and empty buzzwords, they are honest and to the point.
Also the support, should you need it, is fast and efficient.
