Fran and Mike run a fantastic provider. I ended up moving all of my hosting accounts off of my own servers over to NameCrane as NC provided far more features for less cost than me running my own infrastructure. When CraneMail launched I moved my emails over to NameCrane as well. Awesome folks, great services and excellent pricing!

So far not a good experience with them due to their ridiculous TOS with my account being updated from my business email to my personal because I paid with my personal PayPal for a business purchase plus can't use my BUSINESS ADDRESS they force me to use a residential address which is shady. So now I have to get a refund waste my time and theirs to refund change email and then REORDER my services under stripe cause their staff are difficult to deal with and the stupid TOS which makes absolutely no sense if they know I own both emails. Fran is way better than Karen handling things bring back the old days when it was just him.

I need help with migrating a site over from a VPS to a Direct Admin reseller and their staff was great. Helped me every step of the why. Never got frustrated at me and did it in a timely manner. The sites I have load very fast as well.

I have a DA Crate with them and it is running very smooth, haven't experienced any problem whatsoever since I've been with them on 10/24.

Support wise, on their working time support is fast, but I'm in Indonesia and the support after hours is just almost non existent, so they will reply on the next work hours. Weekends? usually someone (Fran) will reply if you make quite a noise (sorry buddy) :)).

I'd still recommend them to anyone needed a fair hosting price, knows how to fix small things here and there by yourself, and needed occassional support only.

Leave alone this positive reviews my people, they are mostly paid. I raised a ticket on February 11. A guy know as Fransisco replied 'Yes, Yeah' on Feb 13 ( almost 48 hours) and closed the ticket. Even after I wrote several paragraphs explaining what I wanted. If you need an immediate support, it is not here. Think of Namecheap, Hostinger, or other reputable companies. Don't be deceived with cheap prices. Cheap can make you lose several clients

I've only used Email Hosting from NameCrane so I can only speak for that, but overall I highly recommend the service!

I have been with this company a lot time, with VPSs, Shared hosting in UK and US and now with Crates.
No one else offers such value for money, you might think with that the quality would suffer, but I can not recall in all the time that I have been with them, since 2014, any downtime.
They do keep a tight reign on their services and are very honest.

Amazing, got 3 years of their mail service for only $20, which is a really fair price compared to what i was paying at namecheap (3 years of CraneMail was cheaper then 1 year of namecheap).
CraneMail you can have unlimited email addresses while with namecheap i was limited to 3 email addresses (unless i paid $3 more a month per extra address), which was just in place for namecheap to make more money.

Frantech / NameCrane are always great to deal with, your not stuck talking to automated bots if you have issues, you can literally just message them in their discord server and talk to them directly and Fran is always active helping people out :)

Great hosting service, specially the customer service.

Incredible value and quality of service for the price. Been a long time BuyVM customer (10 years!) and of course had to try NameCrane when it came to be. No complaints whatsoever.

Great products, great customer service

I was looking for affordable hosting and stumbled upon Namecrane. I liked the vibe around their founder "Francisco" so I went ahead and registered.

Now, I've been at Fastcomet, Namecheap, Stablehost before and never did I ever come across the concept of service not active immediately upon signing up and payment, so I went ahead and opened up a simple ticket with the title "How long before the service becomes active?" because I was really worried if the whole transfer from my previous host would be done on time.

To my dismay, this is what I got in reply from Karen from their support team -

"Be aware that opening tickets will delay the process as tickets need to be answered before processing orders.

If you are unable to wait, please advise to cancel and refund your order."

Honestly, I don't know what you guys make of it, to me this is quite rude and unfriendly and a big red flag!

I went ahead and requested a cancellation and refund (which they promptly complied with)

I then went ahead with Simplesonic and have been quite happy with them since.
