I'm really happy with the level of service and performance at NameCrane. They have an awesome team and get to fixing issues if there are any in a timely manner. I also enjoy being in the Discord and being trolled by a guy named "Ryan." he's great.

I am brought reseller hosting from namecrane.com. My website was suspended, and I reached out to support via ticket. The response time was unacceptably slow, it took 10 hours to get the first reply, and after I responded, I had to wait another 15 hours for an update. Even after all this waiting, the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for any hosting provider.

SHARED HOSTING PLAN.

I switched to NameCrane expecting more of the same, but I was genuinely surprised.

First off, the speed. It's actually fast. My sites on their shared hosting plan load quicker than they did on a "premium" plan from one of the corporate behemoths. Their servers are clearly not overloaded to hell and back, and they use proper SSD storage.

And the best part? No bullshit pricing. The price you sign up for isn't some cheap bait-and-switch trap. The renewal rates are honest and clearly stated. They're not trying to screw you once you're locked into their ecosystem.

So if you're sick of the corporate clowns and just want fast, reliable hosting from a company that doesn't treat you like an idiot, do yourself a favor and check out NameCrane. Stop wasting your time and money elsewhere. It's the real deal.

They're just great! The uptime and speed are excellent thanks to their top-notch hardware and software. Support is very good, but can be a little slow. Francisco and the team are very helpful. I think live chat support would be a great addition. Overall, the best value for money on the market.

I was originally a customer of Frantech, then I was switched over to NameCrane. It was very easy to renew my plan, buy other plans, and even upgrade them. I was able to use a variety of crypto currencies, and I was able to utilize a bunch of tools when creating my websites. My only suggestion, is using a 3rd party provider for the databases, I had a little problem with db corruption.

The most exceptional customer support I have ever seen! I had an issue whilst managing my CraneMail service which lead to the unexpected deletion of a whole email domain, resulting in catastrophic data loss.

Francisco picked the problem up less than a minute after being notified (not even directly) and had the whole service restored with a full data recovery in under 15 minutes.

This level of commitment and dedication to the customer experience is what makes Namecrane a market leader.

In this industry things do go wrong but it is how problems are fixed. In my case the UK Directadmin server had poor uptime. The problem was acknowledged immediately and a solution was worked upon. I was then supported with the fix by Ali R who even offered to do all the heavy lifting for me.
I do not have an expensive 'deal' with NameCrane so my expectation of support (in this type of market) is not one of fast responses or quick solutions. However NameCrane exceeded all expectations and should be commended for it.
