Just terrible customer service

Just terrible customer service. I’ve bought a couple of things from them before and been happy enough with the items, but it turns out it’s a whole different experience where faulty items are concerned.
I bought the Prince Albert bag and was surprised when it arrived without the actual piercing, which, given the name, is kinda an important feature!
After contacting their customer service vis email and then chasing after receiving zero response for days, I finally contacted them via Instagram.
I finally received a response that way (though they did tell me it was for socials, not customer service). In that person’s defence I did then finally receive an email quite quickly from customer service.
They did say they looked to see if there was a piercing they could send, but there wasn’t. Their excellent advice was then to rebuy the bag instead.
However, they hadn’t even bothered putting the time in to see if the bag was even in stock (spoiler: it had sold out again as they’d taken so long to get back to me). In retrospect, and after reading some of the other reviews, I’m a bit relieved I didn’t give them even more money then trust them to make good on the refund after returning the faulty bag.
Anyway, I replied, pointing out the major flaw in their helpful resolution and asking what we could do instead. I haven’t received a single response since.
I tried via Instagram again and, though the messages have been read, I’ve not received any response from them either. I suppose they have my money now so don’t really care about fixing their mistake.
So to summarise, it’s been 3 1/2 weeks since I contacted them initially. Their single advice was ‘rebuy the bag that is now out of stock as we didn’t bother contacting you sooner’ and the last time they bothered replying to me was a week and a half ago, despite repeated requests via both email and Instagram that someone please reply (I started so friendly and patient too, but I’ve definitely run out of the latter now, hence this review)
Obviously never shopping there again and I would advise anyone else not to either, unless they fancy screaming into the void for weeks if there’s a problem with the order

Bad company

I find it interesting that there is a good review from 5 days ago from an individual named "Coco". When I emailed customer service, they used the same name.

If Namilia wants to inflate their bad reviews by using their employees. But also ignore their real customers. That says a lot about the company.

My package was a high value (about $400) one and they still don't care. Don't shop with them

Instead, the representative Coco went back and forth with me. One minute I was told I had package protection. Then in another email, stated that I didn't.

The company is just fast fashion being sold from Dolls Kill (reputation for that as well). I would rather buy from other indie brands that care and have better quality and service

Not a bad experience!

I was nervous to order after reading about the bad customer service but ended up doing it anyway. I ordered the oversized blazer - measurements don’t seem correct on website as it’s definitely roomier than the measurements provided but that was what I was hoping for given it’s meant to achieve an oversized look! It took 2 business days for order to be shipped - although shipping took quite a long time (about 3 weeks to arrive to New Zealand) but that seemed more the fault of DHL than anything on Namilia’s side of things. I did email twice to customer service as the item seemed to be stuck in Germany not moving for over 2 weeks. I didn’t get a response the first time and then got a response about 4 days after my second email saying they would follow up with DHL on my behalf. The issue resolved shortly after this and item arrived in great condition and looks very well made. I would order again, just with expectation it could take longer than the expected shipping time.

Customer service is so bad

Customer service is so bad. I literally ordered four times in a month from them because they do have cool clothes, but unfortunately, the sizing is absolutely insane and literally makes no sense. I ordered several pairs of pants all in a size small one pair was super tight on me. I’m 5’8” tall and 120 pounds for a reference, basically the small with one pair fit me the way it should and then the other two pairs of pants were ridiculously large and definitely not a size 25 more like a size 30!! so I wanted to return the pants but the shipping label they give you literally expires after like four days or something?? So I returned it a little late. I asked them multiple times for a new shipping label and got no response so I use the original shipping label. I was given and returned it then about a week later finally got a response with a new shipping label but I responded telling them I already sent the return. It was like $258. nobody will respond to me or get back to me and then to make matters worse. They also sent me a duplicate of something I ordered and not what I actually wanted, which was the matching tube top two pair shorts and again sent me the pair of shorts in the wrong size!! No one will respond to me. I have literally only received one response back from a team member. I have sent probably six emails at this point over the course of 2 1/2 Weeks terrible customer service sizing is so random it literally is rolling the dice

Waited over 3 weeks for items

I placed an order on the 4th Feb and didn't get a notification on my express delivery for over a week. When I contacted they said their warehouse was having issues.

I cancelled that order and placed another order on the 14th February for a few items I loved and was happy to wait for. Today (4th March) they cancelled one of the matching items from my order and outfit without any notification and email communication.

It's an awful service and way to treat your clients

Had to Threaten a Chargeback to Get My Refund

I returned my order and Namilia confirmed receipt on 26 January. Their own refund policy clearly states the expected processing timeframe, yet that period passed with no refund and no communication.

I sent multiple emails and received no response whatsoever.

Only after I issued a formal 14-day notice and began the process of raising a chargeback with my bank did they finally reply and process the refund.

This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and customer service. A customer should not have to escalate to their bank just to receive money that is rightfully owed to them.

I did eventually receive the refund, but only after unnecessary stress, time, and escalation. I would not feel confident ordering again based on how returns are handled.

Issue resolved professionally

My case started when I received completely wrong items. After seeing so many negative comments here on Trustpilot about customer service, I honestly expected the worst. However, that wasn’t my experience.

I immediately contacted customer support and sent photos on Tuesday. On Friday they responded, apologized, and generated a return label. I shipped the items back the following Monday and informed them.

The same day, within a few hours, they confirmed that my correct order had already been shipped and provided tracking details. The parcel arrived the same week.

Mistakes can happen, but in my case the issue was handled quickly and professionally once support got involved.

Just sharing this because the reviews here made me nervous, and my experience turned out to be positive. Thank you NAMILIA for not disappointing me - I’ve purchased before and will definitely order again (:

Completely awful customer service and…

Completely awful customer service and horrible scammers. I bought a shirt and received it and it was NOTHING like the photo and was made of cheap polyester first of all. So i tried it on for all of 2 minutes and promptly put it in the bag and requested a return and mailed it back.

WEEKS GO BY and they’ve clearly received my return, so i email them and ask for an update. First they tell me I never returned the item. And i was like what?? And showed them the link of the return, proof it was received by them, and the proof of tracking via mail.

They said they’d have to look into it. A few more days go by and I email them again. They then try to tell me I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND BECAUSE MY ITEM WAS “COVERED IN HAIR”. It was completely insane. I have no animals at home, i wore it for all of two minutes, and there is zero possibility i covered the item “in hair” before i mailed it back.

It was insane. PLUS MY RETURN WENT MISSING FOR WEEKS UNTIL THEY MIRACULOUSLY FOUND IT AND SOMEHOW COVERED IN HAIR. They told me i could get my item back if I paid them more money. I told them they’d were ridiculous scammers, and i was reporting them to my credit card company and only then did they refund me.

Abysmal company, cheaply made clothes, terrible customer service. Complete scam.

Namilia aint all that bad!

I researched the company before making a purchase, and I noticed that more people had written negative reviews on Trustpilot than positive ones, so I wanted to share my experience.
(THE BAD)
The customer service is NOT great. Many of the reviews mention this, and I believe that if I had an issue, I would write a different type of review. I reached out after reading reviews to request an upgrade to expedited shipping after about a week of no tracking info (at my expense) because a lot of the reviews mentioned shipping time. No answer.. until the second email four days later (they claim 2-day responses) after I noticed a shipping label was created, but the item hadn't left the warehouse. They said it was shipped, but it was still in the warehouse. I responded to that message but got no response. I let it go when I got a notification from USPS (a total of 2 weeks after placing the order)

The GOOD:
I am a plus-size, curvy, very busty girl. The reviews I've read mentioned a lack of size inclusivity and items being too small, especially for busty girls. The bodysuit arrived today.. I was prepared to have to get it altered and for it to be tight in the arms and across the bust. IT FITS!!! I wear an XL sometimes 1X (larger in European brands). I have a smaller waist, but I'm a 36 H bust, 32-inch waist, with 40-inch hips/butt.... natural, so it isn't a perfect frame. It fits so well. No need to get it altered. The quality is quite nice, and I will happily be strutting through the streets for Mardi Gras in this little number as an addition to my post-apocalyptic costume.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service

I had an issue with an item that didn’t match the description or photos on the website. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing the replies were incredibly rude and unprofessional, it felt like they were personally offended that I raised a legitimate concern, even though the mistake was on their side. This interaction was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had: dismissive, defensive, belittling in tone, and deeply upsetting and uncomfortable from start to finish. I was honestly shocked and in disbelief how disrespectful they were.

While the designs are unusual and cool, the construction does not meet the price point, the quality and finishing feel like fast fashion.

NEVER GOT MY RETURN BACK! DON'T BUY!

I've returned an item in May 2025, I'm constantly sending emails TO THEM, about when my refund will hit my account.

It's now SEPTEMBER 2025, I haven't been issued an refund, or my items being returned to me at all. I've provided them all the receipts and POD. Horrible horrible customer service, I will never order from this brand ever again.

Bepaalde kledingstukken zijn te erg voor woorden. Erg disrespectvol dat er een kruis en jezus beeld op de onderbroek zit. Ik vind dit totaal niet kunnen dat dit op de markt zit. En dat dit door een groot bedrijf wordt verkocht. Schaam jullie.

Worst customer service and bad quality bags!

They want to make fast money with overpriced and bad quality stuff. First ordered a vest but wanted a size smaller so I sent an email a few hours after my order. 4 days later I get an email that my order has been shipped, so I ask if they have sent the other size. No, they say, they had not read my email! Then I ordered a bag but I received a completely different one than I had ordered! Probably a factory error?! I was not even believed when I sent pictures of it. Did not even get an apology but got a return form. Eventually I got the right bag but it was completely damaged! Sent another email but never got a response. I am not going to pay for that bag. And I will never order from here again!

Falsche Wahre erhalten schlechter Kundenservice

Mir wurde die Falsche Wahre zugeschickt. Die Rücksendung und die Rückerstattung wurden vom Kundenservice für mich kompliziert gestaltet und rausgezögert. Außerdem war der Kundenservice nur auf Englisch und in der Wortwahl sehr respektlos.
Ich persönlich kann diesen Shop niemals jemanden Weiterempfehlen.
