Good experience. Awesome product
Shipping and overall experience was very good. Item was shipped with USPS in the designated timeframe they advertised. Pendant looks like the pictures shown and looks well made.

Damaged item was replaced
USPS banged up my ash real bad during shipping. Like as if the mailman had a bad of day LMAO. Contacted support with pictures of the item and they laughed with me. Sent me over a replacement the next day.

I accidentally bought the ring in the wrong size I paid 48 dollars on top of the $100 I already spent to send it back and get an exchange in size but they ghosted me so I'm out $148 and have no ring and no response from the company.

Our customer support team have reviewed your inquiry. The last message we received from you was May 11th which was a response indicating you understood the instructions given.
Unfortunately a return tracking number was never sent to us (which is outlined in our instructions). This allows us to keep an eye on the return parcel as there have been instances where the courier leaves the parcel at a different suite in our returns building.
If we don't receive the tracking number, we don't know if you are actually moving forward with an exchange. We are sorry that you felt you were ghosted. We just never received a return tracking number.
We would love to help out as we do need your tracking number of the return parcel to verify the location of the package that we did not yet receive.
