Our Family run business has £3,000,000 in stock ready to send out for next day delivery when ordered before 1.30pm Monday to Friday with thousands of regular customers. Thank you for your order. Order was placed on Feb 24th and delivery was attempted on the 25/02/2025 15:31:18 and again on the 26/02/2025 12:55:19 and eventually collected from the delivery depot on the 27th. According to the courier no one answered the gated intercom on both delivery attempts

Great product
Great product, fast delivery and great customer service. Ended installing the wet room shower tray a few months after I bought them, had a faulty part in the trap assembly and got it replaced in 48 hrs. All installed and working perfectly now.

Nassboards is an excellent company
Nassboards is an excellent company to deal with. Products are sound and delivery prompt. However, on this occasion Nassboards were let down by Their courier and a batch of 10 boards were receiced damaged. Matter was resolved quickly.

Good Quality, Price and Quick Delivery !
Ordered x2 "Kits", very good value and quick delivery. The thermostat is simple to use. Fitting was simple and clearly explained, floor heats up really well and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Order fulfilment exceeded expectation
Ordered a wetroom kit from Nassboards which was delivered free the very next day. Haven’t fitted it yet, nor needed to
reach out to them for support, but everything looks to be as ordered and of very high quality.
Will definitely be shopping with them again.
