Ben 2-6-2026 begonnen met lessen bij nationale rijschool, en mag vandaag 06-08-2026 zeggen dat ik geslaagd ben voor mijn rijbewijs!

Top rijschool met een top instructeur die je alles uitlegt wat je moet weten voor je praktijkexamen

Vanaf het begin was het voor mij duidelijk en toegankelijk om het zelf te regelen. Er werd ook fijn gecommuniceerd wat betreft herkansing en rijlessen weer oppakken

Niet mee in zee gaan!! Hele slechte ervaring. Komen afspraken niet na. Ze hebben drie keer de kans gekregen om toch afspraken na te komen (binnen 8 weken examen doen) maar ze zijn niet in staat deze na te komen. Examen zou 5 maanden duren en dat terwijl het spoed pakket betaald was. Het hele bedrag moest voldaan worden alvorens examen aangevraagd kon worden. We hebben alles betaald maar nog duurde het 5 maanden i.p.v. 8 weken. Geld terug was heel moeizaam. Uiteindelijk hebben ze 150 eur ingehouden omdat zij dat zien als annuleringskosten. Belachelijk. Als zij alle afspraken na komen en doen wat ze beloven op de website dan ga je ook niet een andere rijschool zoeken. Uiteindelijk 1 telefoontje met Atlas rijschool en direct de examen datum geregeld binnen 5 weken. Het kan dus wel. Maar deze rijschool is een grote puinhoop. Administratief, rij instructeurs en de klantenservice.

Mijn ervaring bij deze rijschool en dan specifiek bij Raoel A was erg fijn, Hij is erg rustig/duidelijk waardoor de communicatie en het opleiden erg soepel verliep. Met 15 lessen in 1x geslaagd als ik nog een keer mocht kiezen had ik zeker op dezelfde manier gedaan.

I had Ashok as my driving instructor and he was great. Sometimes, he was strict, but it was worth it because I learned a lot and passed the exam with him. He was very knowledgeable and had good insights into what the Examinators would look for. I would 100% recommend learning driving with Ashok if you learn best when things are clear and if you want to hear how it really is.

Prima ervaring met deze school, goede instructeur. Alleen de communicatie via de telefoon kon beter. 3 sterren! Het is niet slecht, maar er is altijd verbetering in te vinden.

Positieve ervaring! Duidelijke communicatie en geen moeilijkheden. Al met al zeer tevreden dus!

Ik heb een fijne ervaring met nationale rijschool gehad, ze waren altijd toegankelijk en denken mee met de leerling. Wat de instructeur betreft ben ik goed geholpen door Cengiz, en in 1x geslaagd! Btw. De app was erg fijn in gebruik.

Fijne rustige lessen, snel examen gehaald bij Oussim in Utrecht. Heel fijn!

Fijne rijschool met duidelijke afspraken en werkwijze. Nogmaals bedankt aan mijn fijne instructeur Muhamed die mij heeft begeleid tot mijn examen. Erg fijne en duidelijke uitleg van iemand die er veel verstand van heeft. Niet voor niks een hoog slagingspercentage!

Please think carefully when choosing this driving school!

After posting my original review, I had extensive email correspondence with Nationale Rijschool in an attempt to resolve my complaint.

The school acknowledged that my learning process had taken much longer than it should have and agreed to terminate my package without the usual termination and registration fees.

During the correspondence, I also discovered an issue with their student portal. It showed that I had paid for 30 lessons and completed 28, while the school later confirmed that this was a display error and that, according to their administration, I had actually paid for 25 lessons. They considered three lessons to be additional and deducted these from the proposed refund.

My advice to current and future students is to keep your own payment records, invoices and screenshots and not rely solely on the lesson balance shown in the portal.

The school also confirmed that the €330 I had paid towards the practical driving exam had never resulted in an exam being booked. They included this amount in their proposed refund, resulting in a proposed refund of €171.

I accepted their proposed settlement. However, the refund has not been paid. After I confirmed my acceptance, the school subsequently stated that if I do not remove this review, their exceptional settlement will no longer apply.

This is particularly disappointing because they had previously confirmed in writing that the refund was not conditional upon removing or modifying my review.

At this point, I could consider pursuing the remaining amount through the appropriate legal channels. However, given the relatively small amount involved, I personally do not consider the time, costs and effort of pursuing legal action to be worthwhile.

I am therefore leaving this review so that potential customers can see the full course of events and make their own informed decision. My original concerns regarding the long learning process, lesson scheduling and customer service remain.

I cannot recommend this driving school.

I enrolled in April 2025, and by the end of July 2026 I had completed only 30 driving lessons. This was not due to my availability or lack of commitment, but because lessons were repeatedly cancelled by the instructors or I simply wasn’t scheduled for long periods of time. Learning to drive should not take over a year just to complete 30 lessons because of poor planning and unreliable scheduling.

After months of frustration, I decided I no longer wanted to continue and requested a refund for my remaining lessons. Instead of receiving one, I was informed that I would have to pay a penalty for not finishing the course, as well as additional administrative fees. After such a disappointing experience, this felt completely unreasonable.

Throughout this process, I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or someone responsible for customer relations. Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Ashana, refused to connect me with anyone else. Rather than trying to help resolve the situation, I was made to feel like I was simply a burden. The communication was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and empathy I would expect from a company providing a service.

The combination of constant lesson cancellations, poor planning, lack of transparency, and disappointing customer service has made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I have invested a significant amount of time, money, and patience with very little progress to show for it.

I would not recommend this driving school to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented learning experience.

Let op: zijn niet aangesloten bij de Bovag. Als je hierom vraagt geven ze het antwoord dat ze aangesloten zijn bij de KvK. Doen zaken met louche rij-instructeurs en schuiven alle problemen af terwijl je een contract bij nationale rijschool hebt afgesloten. Geschillencommissie via de Bovag ivm wanprestatie is dus niet mogelijk

Geslaagd bij mijn eerste poging. Mijn instructeur was Ilhan Dag uit Berkel-Enschot en omtrek. Nogmaals bedankt Ilhan!

Leuke rijschool. Amir heeft mij geholpen tot het behalen van mijn rijbewijs en door hem ben ik in één keer geslaagd 👍

Hele fijne lessen gehad bij Jory sloof. Hele aardige en rustige rijinstructeur. Erg tevreden!

Super goeie ervaring gehad bij instructeur Ilhan! Ik ben in 1x geslaagd in Berkel-Enschot door zijn goeie manier van lesgeven. Hij legt rustig uit, is duidelijk, heeft goeie tips en zorgt dat je echt kunt autorijden, niet alleen je examen halen. Ik vind het bijna jammer dat ik geslaagd ben, zo gezellig vond ik het:)
