I recently had excellent service from the guys at National Windscreens in Bath. They were very helpful and dealt very efficiently with my initial inquiry, and subsequently the actual repair was done very smoothly and ahead of schedule. Definitely recommended!

A first-rate job
I had an new windscreen fitted to a BMW X3. There were two lads at the depot and the bearded one worked on my car. They had an excellent rhythm, worked steadily, knew exactly what they were doing and, though working on different vehicles, simultaneously reached the point where they needed to help each other lift out and insert screens. Thoroughly professional, not needing a boss and extremely pleasant. I'm glad that LV has them as their preferred repairer.

From booking in to collecting my car was super easy. Having never experienced a cracked windshield I did not know what to expect and was very apprehensive, I had nothing to be concerned about as they did a brilliant job. Vehicle Damaged 😧
Disappointed with the outcome of my new windscreen fitted to my Motorhome . I had an appointment in Bath which is on a small busy industrial estate, trying to get my motor home near there unit was impossible 🙅. I videoed my window aperture first then left my Motorhome in a better parking slot . When I returned to collect it I sadly noticed a small mark on the screen aperture. No one admitted responsibility, I spoke to the manager who advised me they had photos too but where not available? They discounted my excess then advised it would be £200 to fix so they admitted liability and gave me the balance not impressed

Went the extra mile
They procured a side window for my P38 Range Rover which is no longer supported by the manufacturer and efficiently replaced it. This was after Auto Glass said they could not do it.
